ساخت، اعتباریابی و شناسایی ساختار عاملی مقیاس انعطاف‌پذیری هیجانی در بین مراجعه‌کنندگان به مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی شهر همدان

زمینه و هدف: امروزه در حوزه‌ی روان‌شناسی و روان‌پزشکی داشتن ابزارهای کارآمد برای سنجش و ارزیابی دقیق اهمیت زیادی دارد. هدف این پژوهش ساخت، اعتباریابی و شناسایی ساختار عاملی مقیاس 24 گویه‌ای انعطاف‌پذیری هیجانی بود.روش کار: این پژوهش به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی انجام شد. 240 نفر از مراجعان به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی شهر همدان به شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پرسش‌نامه‌ی بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف و مقیاس پژوهشگر‌ساخته‌ی انعطاف‌پذیری هیجانی را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها به کمک spss و lisrel و به روش ضریب همبستگی، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. شاخص روایی محتوایی (0.916 = cvi) به کمک 4 نفر از متخصصان محاسبه شد.یافته‌ها: تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که 3 عامل با مقدار ویژه‌ی بالاتر از یک توانسته‌اند 75.716 درصد از واریانس گویه‌ها را تبیین کنند. ماتریس چرخش‌یافته‌ی داده‌ها نیز نشان داد که همه‌ی گویه‌ها موثرند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که شاخص برازش مدل قابل قبول است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای کل مقیاس 0.866 و برای هر یک از عوامل تنظیم هیجان مثبت، تنظیم هیجان منفی، و ارتباط هیجانی به ترتیب 0.834، 0.761، و 0.641 به دست آمد.نتیجه‌گیری: پس می‌توان گفت که مقیاس 24 گویه‌ای انعطاف‌پذیری هیجانی از نظر اعتبار و ساختار عاملی، ابزار مطلوبی جهت استفاده در حوزه‌های گوناگون آموزشی، پژوهشی و بالینی است. کاربرد این ابزار به کلیه‌ی متخصصان، دانشجویان و پژوهش‌گران حوزه‌ی روان‌شناسی و روان‌پزشکی پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

Constructing, Validating and Identifying Factor Structure of Emotional Flexibility Scale in a Sample of Hamedan Health-Care Centers Clients

Background: Today, to accurately assess and measure a variable in the field of psychology and psychiatry it requires efficient tools. The purpose of this study was to construct, validate, and identify the factor structure of a 24items Emotional Flexibility Scale (EFS).Methods: This research was a descriptivecorrelational study. 240 people were selected through available sampling method from all the clients of the health care centers in Hamedan and collected Psychological Wellbeing questionnaire and researchermade Emotional Flexibility Scale. Data were analyzed by SPSS and LISREL using correlation coefficient, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. Content validity index (CVI = 0.916) was calculated by help of 4 specialists.Results: The factor analysis showed that 3 factors with a specific value higher than one could explain 75.716 percent of the variance of the items. Also, the rotated matrix of data showed that all of the items are effective. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that goodness of fit statistics is acceptable. Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient for the whole scale was 0.866 and for positive emotion regulation, negative emotion regulation, and emotion communication were 0.834, 0.761, and 0.641, respectively.Conclusion: Thus, it can be concluded that the 24items EFS in terms of validity and factor structure is a desirable tool for use in various educational, research, and clinical fields. The applicant of this tool is recommended to all professionals, students and researchers in the field of psychology and psychiatry.
