رابطه ابعاد شخصیتی با راهبردهای مقابله با استرس در بیماران تحت شیمی درمانی و دیالیز

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش های زیادی حاکی از ارتباط شخصیت و راهبردهای مقابله با استرس است. بیماران تحت شیمی درمانی و بیماران همودیالیزی، در طول دوره درمان استرس زیادی را تجربه می کنند. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه شخصیت با راهبردهای مقابله با استرس در این بیماران بود.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی بود که از بین کلیه بیماران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های شهدای تجریش و شهید مدرس، 160 بیمار (80 نفر از هر بیماری) به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند.ابزار مورداستفاده در پژوهش، پرسشنامه شخصیت neo و پرسشنامه سبک not;های مقابله با شرایط پراسترس پارکر و اندلر بود.یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش حاکی از ارتباط معنادار منفی بین روان رنجور خویی و راهبرد مسئله مدار، ارتباط معنادار منفی بین بعد شخصیت انعطاف پذیری و سبک مقابله ای اجتنابی و ارتباط معنادار مثبت بین روان رنجور خویی و سبک مقابله ای اجتنابی داشت.نتیجه گیری: در بیماران همودیالیزی و شیمی درمانی ابعاد شخصیتی روان رنجور خویی و انعطاف پذیری می تواند پیش بینی کننده ی سبک مقابله با استرس باشد.

The Relationship between Personality Dimensions and Stress Coping Strategies in Patients under Chemotherapy and Dialysis Treatment

AbstractBackground: A lot of studies have shown the relationship between personality and stress coping strategies. Patients under chemotherapy and hemodialysis patients experience much stress during treatment. Therefore, the aim of the present study was examining the relationship between personality and stress coping strategies in these patients. Methods: The present study was correlational. Among patients who referred to Shohadaye Tajrish and Shahid Modares hospitals in Tehran, 160 patients( 80 individuals of each disease) were selected in an available sampling method. NEO Personality Questionnaire and Stressful Conditions Coping Styles Questionnaire by Parker and Andler were the tools used in the study.Findings: The findings showed there is a significant negative relationship between neurosis and problemoriented solving strategy, there is a significant negative relationship between flexibility and avoidant coping style and there is a significant positive relationship between neurosis and avoidant coping style.Conclusion: Personality dimensions such as neurosis and flexibility can be the predictor of stress coping strategy in hemodialysis patients.
