بررسی مشخصات فردی ، علایم بالینی شایع و سابقه رژیم غذایی مصرفی در مبتلایان به دیابت نوع یک و دیابت نوع دو دراسلامشهر تهران

زمینه و هدف: دیابت از شایع ترین اختلالات متابولیک در ایران می باشد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی مشخصات فردی، علائم بالینی و سابقه رژیم غذایی در مبتلایان به دیابت نوع یک یا دو در اسلامشهر تهران بوده است.روش کار: این مطالعه گذشته نگر مقطعی، به بررسی مبتلایان به دیابت نوع یک یا دو در اسلامشهر که طی سال های 1388 تا 1390 به مراکز درمانی مراجعه کرده و تشکیل پرونده داده بودند، پرداخت. پرسشنامه فردی، پرسشنامه تکرر غذایی و مصاحبه جهت جمع آوری داده ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در بررسی آماری، آزمون های مربع کای و تی تست و آنالیز واریانس استفاده شدند.یافته ها: فراوانی دیابت نوع دو بیشتر از نوع یک بوده (0.01>p)، فراوانی مبتلایان مونث بیشتر از مبتلایان مذکر بود (0.01>p). سابقه خانوادگی ابتلا به دیابت به ترتیب در 64% و 82% از مبتلایان به دیابت نوع 1 و 2 وجود داشت. سابقه تنش های روانی به ترتیب در 48.7% و 42.9% از مبتلایان به دیابت نوع 1 و 2 و سابقه رخداد آزاردهنده به ترتیب در 27.5% و 27.1% از مبتلایان به دیابت نوع 1 و 2، گزارش گردید. میانگین مصرف روزانه غلات در مبتلایان به دیابت نوع 1 و 2 نسبت به حداقل میزان نیاز روزانه، کمتر بود (0.001>p).نتیجه گیری: بروز دیابت در زنان شایع تر از مردان و بروز دیابت نوع دو شایع تر از نوع یک بوده و زمینه های ژنتیکی، تاریخچه خانوادگی، نوع رژیم غذایی و سابقه تنش های روانی از مهم ترین عوامل مرتبط با بروز دیابت بوده اند.

Individual characteristics, common clinical features and diet history in patients with type 1 and 2 diabetes in Eslamshahr-Tehran

Background: Diabetes is among the common metabolic disorders in Iran. The aim of this study was to determine the individual characteristics, common clinical features and diet history in patients with type 1 or 2 diabetes in EslamshahrTehran.Methods: This cross sectional retrospective study was conducted to investigate patients with type 1 or 2 diabetes referred to care centers during 20102012 in Eslamshahr and documentarily profiled. Individual questionnaire, food frequency questionnaire and face to face interview were used to collect the data. The data was analyzed using t or Chisquare tests and ANOVA.Results: The frequency of type 2 diabetes was significantly more than type 1 (p<0.01). The frequency of type 1 or 2 diabetes was higher in females than males (p<0.01). A family history of diabetes was observed in 64% and 82% of patients with type 1 or 2 diabetes, respectively. 47.8% of patients with type 1diabetes and 42.9% of patients with type 2diabetes reported a history of psychological problems and 27.5% of patients with type 1diabetes and 27.1% of patients with type 2 diabetes reported a history of negative life events. There was lower consumption of cereal food groups in diabetic patients than standard recommended orders (p<0.001).Conclusion: Occurrence of diabetes was more common in females than males and of type 2 diabetes was more common than type 1 diabetes. Genetic background, familial history, diet and history of psychological problems were among the important causes associated with diabetes occurrence.
