تجویز الگوی کورتیکواستروئیدها توسط متخصصان پزشکی در آذربایجان غربی ، ایران

پیش زمینه و هدف: تجویز نامناسب داروهایی مانند کورتیکواستروئیدها در سراسر جهان بخصوص در کشورهای در حال توسعه به عنوان یکی از مشکلات مهم مراقبت های بهداشتی شناخته می شود. در مورد الگوی تجویز کورتیکواستروئید در سراسر کشور ما مطالعات اندکی وجود دارد و این موضوع در استان آذربایجان غربی مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی الگوی تجویز داروهای کورتون در بیماران سرپایی توسط پزشکان متخصص در آذربایجان غربی است.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی گذشته نگر ، از دو میلیون نسخه داخلی گوش ، بینی و گلو ، گوش داخلی ، جراحی عمومی ، زنان و زایمان ، زنان و زایمان ، قلب و عروق کودکان ، عصب شناسی ، بیماری عفونی ، ارتوپدی جمع آوری شد. و متخصصان ارولوژی با استفاده از نرم افزار پردازش نسخه noskhehpardaz (آنالایزر rx). برای تهیه نمودارهای مناسب از نرم افزار microsoft excel (2016) استفاده شده است.یافته ها: متخصصان زنان و زایمان ، زنان و زایمان ، بیشترین تجویز نسخه ها (به ترتیب 65/23 درصد ، 21/20 درصد و 67/15 درصد) بودند. متخصصان گوش و حلق و بینی ، ارتوپد و متخصص داخلی ، بیشتر از سایرین نسبت به سایر افراد تجویز داروهای کورتیکواستروئید تجویز کردند. همه ، پزشکان به استثنای متخصص قلب و عروق و متخصص زنان ، کورتیکواستروئیدهای تزریقی را بیش از سایر اشکال این دارو تجویز کرده اند. کورتیکواستروئید تزریقی بالاترین و کورتیکواستروئید استنشاقی کمترین دارو تجویز شده بود.نتیجه گیری: شیوه های تجویز در این مطالعه رضایت بخش نیست. داده های ما تایید کرده اند که متخصصان گوش و حلق و بینی ، ارتوپدی و داخلی داخلی بیشتر از سایرین به تجویز کورتیکواستروئیدها تجویز می کنند.

Prescribing Pattern of Corticosteroids by Medical Specialists in West Azerbaijan, Iran

Background Aims: Inappropriate prescribing of drugs such as corticosteroids is known all over the world y especially in developing countries as a major health care system problem. There are few studies about the prescription pattern of corticosteroid across our country and this subject has not been studied in West Azerbaijan province. The aim of this study is to evaluate the pattern of prescribing corticosteroids among outpatients by specialist physicians in West Azerbaijan.Materials Methods: In this retrospective crosssectional descriptive study, data were collected from two million prescriptions of ear, nose and throat (ENT), internal medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology,, pediatrics cardiology, neurology, infectious disease, orthopedic and urology specialists using prescriptionprocessing software ldquo;NoskhehPardaz rdquo;(Rx Analyzer). Microsoft Excel software (2016) was applied to prepare the appropriate graphs.Results: Obstetrics and gynecology specialists, pediatrics and internists had the most percentage of prescriptions (23.65%,20.21% and 15.67% respectively). The ENT specialists, orthopedists and internists were more likely to prescribed corticosteroids than others. All, physicians with the exception of cardiologists and gynecologists, prescribed injectable corticosteroids more than other forms of this drug. The injectable corticosteroid was the highest and inhaled corticosteroid was the lowest prescribed drug.Conclusion: The prescribing practices in this study are not satisfactory. Our data confirmed that ENT, orthopedic and internal medicine specialists are more likely to prescribe corticosteroids than others.. Injectable corticosteroids were the most commonly prescribed drug.
