تلفیق فضای باز مسکونی و کشاورزی شهری به مثابه سرمایه‌گذاری برای تولید در راستای اصلاح سبک زندگی و محرومیت‌زدایی

شهرنشینی فزاینده در دوران معاصر، چالش‌های پیچیده‌ای را در ابعاد زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی به همراه داشته است که نیازمند بازنگری در پارادایم‌های سنتی برنامه‌ریزی شهری است. این مقاله با رویکردی توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استناد انحصاری به مجموعه‌ای از منابع پژوهشی، به بررسی پتانسیل «تلفیق فضای باز مسکونی و کشاورزی شهری» به مثابه یک سرمایه‌گذاری چندبعدی می‌پردازد. پژوهش حاضر استدلال می‌کند که این تلفیق، فراتر از یک فعالیت تفریحی، یک راهبرد استراتژیک برای دستیابی به اهداف سه‌گانه «تولید اقتصادی»، «اصلاح سبک زندگی» و «محرومیت‌زدایی» است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که فعال‌سازی فضاهای باز مسکونی، از جمله فضاهای بینابینی، بام‌ها و بالکن‌ها، از طریق اشکال متنوع کشاورزی شهری (مانند باغ‌های اجتماعی، کشاورزی عمودی و بام‌های سبز)، منجر به خلق ارزش اقتصادی از طریق ایجاد اشتغال، درآمدزایی و توسعه بازارهای محلی می‌شود. در بعد اجتماعی، این رویکرد با تقویت ارتباط انسان با طبیعت، بهبود سلامت روانی و جسمی و ایجاد فرصت‌های فراغت و آموزش، به اصلاح سبک زندگی کمک کرده و با ارتقاء امنیت غذایی، کاهش فقر و توانمندسازی گروه‌های آسیب‌پذیر، ابزاری کارآمد برای محرومیت‌زدایی محسوب می‌شود. در نهایت، مقاله با ارائه راهبردهای کلیدی در حوزه سیاست‌گذاری و طراحی زیست‌گرا، چارچوبی عملی برای برنامه‌ریزان، معماران و سیاست‌گذاران جهت تحقق شهرهایی زیست‌پذیر، مولد و تاب‌آور ارائه می‌دهد.

integration of residential open spaces and urban agriculture as an investment in production aimed at lifestyle reform and poverty alleviation

the accelerating pace of urbanization in the contemporary era has generated complex challenges across environmental, social, and economic dimensions, necessitating a re-examination of traditional urban planning paradigms. adopting a descriptive-analytical approach and relying exclusively on a set of scholarly sources, this article explores the potential of *integrating residential open spaces and urban agriculture* as a multidimensional investment. the study argues that such integration goes beyond a recreational activity and represents a strategic approach to achieving the threefold objectives of *economic productivity*, *lifestyle reform*, and *poverty alleviation*. the findings indicate that the activation of residential open spaces—including interstitial areas, rooftops, and balconies—through diverse forms of urban agriculture (such as community gardens, vertical farming, and green roofs) generates economic value by creating employment opportunities, income streams, and local market development. on the social level, this approach fosters a reconnection between humans and nature, enhances physical and mental health, and provides opportunities for leisure and education, thereby contributing to lifestyle improvement. furthermore, by strengthening food security, reducing poverty, and empowering vulnerable groups, it serves as an effective tool for poverty alleviation. ultimately, the article proposes key strategies in biophilic policy-making and design, offering a practical framework for planners, architects, and policymakers to advance the realization of livable, productive, and resilient cities.
