اثرات سطوح مختلف اسانس ترکیبی گیاهی بر ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی لاشه و آنزیم های گوارشی ماهی انگشت قد شیربت (barbus grypus)

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات اسانس ترکیبی گیاهی (اسانس چهار گیاه اکالیپتوس، مریم گلی، نعناع فلفلی و آویشن) بر عملکرد آنزمی های گوارشی و ترکیب بیوشیمیایی بدن ماهی شیربت (barbus grypus) بود. در این مطالعه تعداد 120 قطعه بچه ماهی شیربت در مرحله انگشت قدی با متوسط وزن اولیه 32/0±01/5 گرم در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی به 4 تیمار در 3 تقسیم شدند. ماهی ها روزانه به میزان 3% وزن بدن و در 2 نوبت با جیره غذایی حاوی اسانس ترکیبی گیاهی با سطوح (0%، 1/0%، 5/0% و1%) به مدت 8 هفته تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از اسانس ترکیبی گیاهی روی میزان پروتئین، رطوبت و خاکستر لاشه در تیمار شاهد با تیمارهای آزمایشی اختلاف معنی­داری مشاهده نگردید (05/0p). بیشترین میزان چربی لاشه در تیمارشاهد و کمترین میزان آن در تیمار 3 دیده شد. میانگین میزان رطوبت لاشه در تیمارشاهد با سایرتیمارها اختلاف معنی­دارمشاهد نشد. میانگین وزن روده در تیمارشاهد با تیمار 2 اختلاف معنی­داری را نشان داد (05/0>p). بیشترین و کمترین میانگین وزن روده به ترتیب در تیمارشاهد و تیمار 2 مشاهده گردید. در ارتباط با طول روده، بین تیمارشاهد و تیمار 2و3 و همچنین بین تیمار 1و3 اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده شد (05/0>p). بیشترین و کمترین میانگین طول روده به ترتیب در تیمارشاهد و تیمار 3 مشاهده شد. در میزان فعالیت آنزیم آمیلاز در تیمارشاهد با تیمارهای 2و3 در انتهای دوره پرورش اختلاف معنی­دار وجود داشت (05/0>p) اما با تیمار 1 فاقد اختلاف معنی­دار بود. میزان فعالیت آنزیم لیپاز در تیمارشاهد با تیمارهای آزمایشی در انتهای دوره پرورش اختلاف معنی­دار وجود داشت (05/0>p). بیشترین میزان آنزیم­های آمیلاز ولیپاز در تیمار 3 حاوی بیشترین اسانس ترکیبی گیاهی بود. در نهایت اسانس ترکیبی در گونه مطالعه شده دارای اثرات مطلوب بر آنزیم­های گوارشی لیپاز و آمیلاز و نیز اندام های گوارشی روده و کبد در سطح 1% شده است.

effects of different levels of combined essential oil on carcass biochemical compositions and digestive enzymes of barbus grypus

the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of combined essential oil (essential oils of four plants: eucalyptus, sage, peppermint, and thyme) on the performance of digestive enzymes and carcass biochemical composition of barbus grypus. in this study, 120 fingerlings of barbus grypus with an average initial weight of 0.32±5.01 g were divided into 4 treatments in triplicates in a completely randomized design. the fish were fed 3% of their body weight daily and in 2 doses with a diet containing combined essential oil at levels (0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1%) for 8 weeks. the results showed that the use of combined essential oil did not significantly affect the protein, moisture, and ash content of the carcass in the control treatment compared to the experimental treatments (p>0.05). however, a significant difference was observed in the lipid content of the carcass in the control treatment compared to the other experimental treatments (p<0.05). the highest amount of carcass lipid was observed in the control treatment and the lowest amount was observed in treatment 3. the mean carcass moisture content in the control treatment was not significantly different from other treatments. the average intestine weight in the control treatment showed a significant difference with treatment 2 (p<0.05). the highest and lowest mean intestine weight were observed in the control treatment and treatment 2, respectively. regarding the length of the intestine, a significant difference was observed between the control treatment and treatments 2 and 3, as well as between treatments 1 and 3 (p<0.05). the highest and lowest average intestine length were observed in the control treatment and treatment 3, respectively. there was a significant difference in the activity of the amylase enzyme in the control treatment with treatments 2 and 3 at the end of the rearing period (p<0.05), but there was no significant difference with treatment 1. there was a significant difference in the activity of the lipase enzyme in the control treatment with the experimental treatments at the end of the rearing period (p<0.05). the highest amount of amylase and lipase enzymes was found in treatment 3, which contained the highest amount of combined essential oil. finally, the combined essential oil in the studied species had favorable effects on the digestive enzymes, lipase and amylase, as well as the digestive organs of the intestine and liver at the level of 1%
