از کارایی تا اخلاق: واکاوی چالش‌های هوش مصنوعی در نظام‌های آموزشی

هوش مصنوعی به‌عنوان یکی از تحولات بنیادین عصر دیجیتال، به‌سرعت وارد عرصه آموزش و یادگیری شده و فرصت‌های گسترده‌ای همچون یادگیری شخصی‌سازی‌شده، ارتقای کارایی آموزشی و دسترسی گسترده‌تر به منابع علمی را فراهم کرده است. بااین‌حال، این تحولات با چالش‌های اخلاقی و اجتماعی متعددی همراه‌اند که غفلت از آن‌ها می‌تواند پیامدهای منفی عمیقی بر نظام‌های آموزشی بر جای گذارد. مقاله حاضر با رویکردی تحلیلی، به واکاوی تنش میان کارایی و اخلاق در کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در آموزش می‌پردازد. در این چارچوب، مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها شامل حریم خصوصی و امنیت داده‌ها، سوگیری الگوریتمی، عدالت و برابری در دسترسی آموزشی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و شفافیت تصمیمات فناورانه و نیز وابستگی بیش از حد به فناوری بررسی می‌شوند. یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که بهره‌گیری اثربخش و پایدار از هوش مصنوعی در آموزش، مستلزم طراحی چارچوب‌های اخلاقی روشن، ارتقای سواد دیجیتال معلمان و دانشجویان، و ایجاد سیاست‌های نظارتی و مقرراتی کارآمد است. بر این اساس، مقاله بر ضرورت حرکت از نگاه صرفاً کارایی‌محور به رویکردی متوازن که ارزش‌های اخلاقی را نیز در نظر گیرد، تاکید می‌کند.

from efficiency to ethics: exploring the challenges of artificial intelligence in educational systems

artificial intelligence (ai), as one of the fundamental transformations of the digital era, has rapidly entered the field of education and learning, offering opportunities such as personalized learning, improved educational efficiency, and broader access to academic resources. however, these advancements are accompanied by significant ethical and social challenges, neglect of which may lead to profound negative consequences for educational systems. this paper, through an analytical approach, explores the tension between efficiency and ethics in the application of ai in education. within this framework, the key challenges under investigation include data privacy and security, algorithmic bias, equity and fairness in educational access, accountability and transparency of technological decisions, and the risk of over-reliance on technology. the findings highlight that effective and sustainable integration of ai in education requires the development of clear ethical frameworks, the enhancement of digital literacy among teachers and students, and the implementation of efficient regulatory and policy measures. accordingly, this paper emphasizes the need to move beyond a purely efficiency-oriented perspective toward a balanced approach that equally considers ethical values.
