integrating quantum learning and graph learning in decentralized self-updating supply chains

Authors
Abstract    with the rapid expansion of the digital economy and the growing complexity of supply chain networks, the management of distributed and decentralized data has become a critical challenge for organizations and industries. in this context, adopting advanced machine learning approaches offers new pathways to enhance efficiency, transparency, and resilience in supply chains. in particular, the integration of quantum learning with graph learning provides a unique capacity to process large-scale, nonlinear, and dynamic data, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making in volatile environments. this study, conducted as a systematic review, examines recent research published in leading academic databases and analyzes the opportunities, potentials, and challenges associated with this convergence. the findings indicate that combining quantum learning and graph learning not only enhances the adaptability and self-updating capability of decentralized supply chains but also establishes a foundation for developing intelligent, disruption-resistant systems. at the same time, barriers such as the limitations of quantum hardware, the complexity of designing hybrid algorithms, and the need for standardized data exchange remain significant obstacles. in conclusion, the convergence of these two emerging approaches promises a new generation of decentralized, self-updating supply chains. to achieve this vision, future research should focus on building robust quantum infrastructures, designing optimized hybrid algorithms, and fostering collaboration between industry and academia—steps that can significantly improve the reliability and sustainability of supply chain ecosystems in the digital economy.
