بررسی تاثیر طراحی و کاربری فضاهای عمومی شهر گرگان بر توسعه گردشگری شهری با رویکرد حفاظت از میراث معماری

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر طراحی و کاربری فضاهای عمومی شهر گرگان بر توسعه گردشگری شهری با رویکرد حفاظت از میراث معماری انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل گردشگران، ساکنان محلی، معماران، برنامه‌ریزان شهری و کارشناسان میراث فرهنگی و گردشگری است. روش تحقیق ترکیبی (کمی و کیفی) بوده و داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌های محقق‌ساخته و مصاحبه‌های عمیق گردآوری شده‌اند. یافته‌های کمی نشان می‌دهد که طراحی فضاهای عمومی با تاکید بر هویت معماری گرگان، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر جذب گردشگران و افزایش رضایت آن‌ها دارد. علاوه بر این، مشارکت ساکنان محلی در برنامه‌ریزی و نگهداری این فضاها، حس تعلق و پویایی اجتماعی را تقویت می‌کند. تحلیل کیفی نیز بر اهمیت حفاظت از بافت تاریخی و استفاده از عناصر بومی در طراحی‌های جدید تاکید دارد. در نهایت، نتایج نشان می‌دهد که یکپارچه‌سازی اصول حفاظت از میراث با رویکردهای نوین طراحی شهری، می‌تواند به توسعه پایدار گردشگری در گرگان کمک کند. پیشنهاداتی نظیر ایجاد مسیرهای گردشگری مبتنی بر میراث، مرمت و احیای بناهای تاریخی و تشویق سرمایه‌گذاری خصوصی در این حوزه‌ها ارائه شده است.

this study aims to investigate the impact of the design and use of public spaces in gorgan on the developmentof urban tourism with an approach to preserving architectural heritage. the statistical population of this studyincludes tourists, local residents, architects, urban planners, and cultural heritage and tourism experts. theresearch method is mixed (quantitative and qualitative), and data were collected through researcher-madequestionnaires and in-depth interviews. quantitative findings show that the design of public spaces with anemphasis on gorgan's architectural identity has a positive and significant impact on attracting tourists andincreasing their satisfaction. in addition, the participation of local residents in the planning and maintenance ofthese spaces strengthens the sense of belonging and social dynamism. qualitative analysis also emphasizes theimportance of preserving the historical context and using indigenous elements in new designs. finally, theresults show that integrating heritage conservation principles with modern urban design approaches cancontribute to the sustainable development of tourism in gorgan. suggestions such as creating heritage-basedtourism routes, restoring and revitalizing historical monuments, and encouraging private investment in theseareas have been presented.
