استاندارد ایزو 16548 راهنمای یدک کشی اضطراری کشتی ها و الزام گزارش به کمیته ایمنی دریانوردی آیمو برای بازنگری تا سال 2028

مبحث یدک کشی اضطراری م ورد توجه کمیته فرعی طراحی و ساختکشتی سازمان جهانی دریانوردی قرار گرفته و در گزارش سال 2025به کمیته ایمنی دریایی راهنمای میان دوره برای یدک کشی اضطراریکشتی های غیر از نفت کش، به همراه پیش نویس الحاقیه برایراهنمای تجهیزات مهاربندی و یدک کشی که روی کشتی باشند با درنظر گرفتن تاریخ ساخت شناور، از ابتدای ژانویه 2028 اجرایی خواهدشد. تحقیق حاضر با بررسی مدرک ایزو 16548 به بررسی ابعاد فنیاین استاندارد در ارتباط با موضوع یدک کشی اضطراری می پردازد.مشخص شده که این سند نیازمند به روزرسانی در هماهنگی با نشریهشماره 110 کمیته ایمنی دریایی آیمو به تاریخ ژوتن 2025 می باشد .بناب راین سازمان ملی استاندارد ایران باید به معرفی افراد خبره به کمیتهفرعی طراحی کشتی مبادرت نموده و از نزدیک تغییرات قوانین در روشاجرا و ظرفیت باربری تجهیزات یدک کشی کشتی های باری و مسافریرا دنبال نماید.

development of guidlines for emergency towing arrangement for ships other than tankers

the issue of emergency towing has been considered by the imo sub-committee on ship design and construction, and in its 2025 report to the maritime safety committee, the interim guidelines for emergency towing of ships other than oil tankers, together with a draft annex to the guidelines for mooring and towing equipment on board, taking into account the date of construction of the vessel, will be implemented from the beginning of january 2028. the present study examines the technical aspects of this standard in relation to the issue of emergency towing by examining iso 16548. it has been determined that this document requires updating in coordination with imo maritime safety committee publication no. 110 dated june 2025. therefore, the national standards organization of iran shall introduce experts to the ship design subcommittee and closely follow the changes in the rules on the implementation method and load capacity of towing equipment for cargo and passenger ships.
