مدیریت بهره برداری از نیروگاه های برقابی در شرایط عدم قطعیت پارامترهای بازار برق ایران

این مقاله با هدف بررسی تاثیر تشکیل بازار برق ایران بر روند بهره برداری و افزایش کارائی نیروگاه های برق آبی کشور نگارش شده است. بدین منظور کارائی نیروگاه های منتخب کشوردر سال های اخیر محاسبه و با یکدیگر مقایسه شده است. ابزار مورد استفاده روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها و با استفاده از شاخص کارایی مالم کوییست بوده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که میانگین وزنی تغییرات شاخص کارائی در دو سناریوی وزنی و بدون وزن برای نیروگاه های سیکل ترکیبی و گازی کاهش و این شاخص برای نیروگاه های بخاری افزایش یافته است. نتایج نشان می دهدکه تشکیل بازاربرق برکارایی نیروگاه های بخاری تاثیر مثبت و برکارایی نیروگاه های سیکل ترکیبی و گازی تاثیرمنفی داشته است. بنابراین، چنین نتیجه گیری می شود که دستورات دیسپاچینگ ملی(مرکز ملی راهبری شبکه برق کشور) بر مدیریت آب مخازن سدهای نیروگاهی منطقه خوزستان اثر قابل ملاحظه داشته است؛ لذا در این مقاله باتوجه به ضوابط موجود در بازار برق کشور، پیشنهادهای عملی جهت رفع این مشکل ارائه شده است.

operation management of electric power plants in the conditions of uncertainty of the parameters of the iranian electricity market

this article is written with the aim of investigating the effect of the formation of iran s electricity market on the process of exploitation and increasing the efficiency of hydroelectric power plants in the country. for this purpose, the efficiency of selected power plants in the country has been calculated and compared with each other in recent years. the tool used was data envelopment analysis using malmquist s efficiency index. . the results show that the weighted average of changes in the efficiency index in two weighted and weightless scenarios for gas and combined cycle power plants has decreased and this index has increased for boiler power plants. the results show that the formation of the electricity market had a positive effect on the efficiency of thermal power plants and a negative effect on the efficiency of combined cycle and gas power plants. therefore, it can be concluded that the orders of the national dispatching (national power grid management center) have had a significant effect on the water management of power plant dams in khuzestan region; therefore, in this article, based on the existing regulations in the country s electricity market, practical suggestions have been presented to solve this problem.
