Abstract
vital signals such as electromyography (emg), electrocardiography (ecg), and electroencephalography (eeg) are among the most important sources of information for health monitoring and disease diagnosis. in this context, a bidirectional connection is established between the brain, heart, muscles, and computer through these signals, providing valuable information about an individual’s health status and activity. however, the complexity, high noise level, and large volume of these data make their processing, analysis, and accurate interpretation challenging. in recent years, artificial intelligence (ai), particularly machine learning and deep learning algorithms, has offered innovative solutions for feature extraction and disease diagnosis. the integration of these algorithms with advanced signal processing methods has significantly improved the accuracy of medical diagnoses and even enabled the prediction of a patient’s condition before clinical symptoms appear. the applications of these technologies are not limited to diagnosis; they also play a key role in the development of intelligent prosthetics, brain–computer interfaces (bci), patient rehabilitation, and remote health monitoring. this paper explores the relationship between artificial intelligence, electrical engineering, and vital signals.
