   interaction of iot and edge computing in accessing the cloud environment: eco-edge framework

چکیده    The pervasive development of the internet of things(iot) has led to the generation of a huge amount of data thatrequires fast and efficient processing, and achieving thisadvantage has made new structural models such as edgecomputing inevitable. this paper provides a comprehensiveoverview of edge computing concepts, architectures, keytechnologies, and enabling tools such as containers,microservices, and serverless computing. it also addresses criticalareas such as advanced networking, data management, resourceoptimization, software placement, security, and privacy. inaddition, this paper introduces eco-edge, an innovativeframework aimed at optimizing energy consumption, minimizinglatency, and improving service delivery in iot-edge-cloudsystems. at the core of eco-edge is the apeo algorithm,which intelligently allocates resources, places data and services,and manages energy at edge nodes. the evaluation results showthat eco-edge significantly outperforms traditional models inreducing latency, saving energy, and increasing system reliability.
