شیوه ای خلاقانه در ارزیابی دانش آموزان و تعیین نمره مستمر

معلم همواره نقش انکار ناپذیر در پرورش خلاقیت دانش آموزان دارد. معلم بایستی با استفاده از روش تدریس به گونه ای تدریس کند که بتوان با شاخص های خلاقیت آن را خلاقانه نامید. از طرف دیگر نمره مستمر در کارنامه دانش آموزان پایه های مختلف دوره دبیرستان هم برای نیمسال اول و هم برای نیمسال دوم منظور می شود و نقش بسزائی در محاسبه نمره کل دانش آموز دارد. در این مقاله نویسنده یکی از روشهای خلاقانه تدریس خود را بیان می کند. وینمونه سوالات مشابه از آزمونهای مختلف در دسترس را در قالب یک کاربرگ با عنوان ' کاردرکلاس' آماده و در اختیار دانش آموزان قرار می دهد و با گروه بندی دانش آموزان از آنها می خواهد به این کاربرگها با مشاوره و اخذ راهنمایی از یکدیگر و با استفاده از ابزارهای آموزشی در دسترس پاسخ دهند. سپس با تصحیح برخی از سوالات این کاربرگها بصورت تصادفی برای کلیه دانش آموزان، نمره مستمر هر دانش آموز با تاکید بر کاربرگهای کاردرکلاس ثبت می شود. البته لازم به ذکر است دراین میان به نقش مسائل انضباطی و تکلیفهای کلاسی نیز در تعیین نمره مستمر دانش آموزان اشاره شده است.
