اصول، مهارت ها و چالش های کار گروهی در دروس آزمایشگاهی و عملی: مطالعه موردی درس شیمی

کار گروهی در محیط های آموزشی به ویژه در دروس آزمایشگاهی و عملی، راهبردی موثر در ارتقاء تعامل و مشارکت یادگیرندگان و تقویت مهارت‌های ارتباطی و عملی آن ها محسوب می‌شود. در حالی که شناسایی اصول، مهارت‌ها و مزایای کار گروهی می‌تواند نگرش مثبت اساتید و دانشجویان را نسبت به این رویکرد عملی بهبود بخشد، شناخت چالش‌ها و آسیب‌های خاص آن، از بروز رفتارهای ناکارآمد و اختلال در فرایند یادگیری جلوگیری می‌کند. این پژوهش، با رویکردی توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استناد به منابع کتابخانه ای، به بررسی این موضوعات، با تاکید ویژه بر دروس عملی و آزمایشگاهی همچون درس شیمی، می‌پردازد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد علیرغم وجود مزایای بسیار در کار گروهی نظیر افزایش خلاقیت و نوآوری، کاهش استرس و فشار کاری، افزایش انگیزه و خودکارآمدی، بهبود توانایی‌های حل مسئله و تفکر انتقادی، تسهیل و تقویت ارتباطات اجتماعی و توسعه مهارت‌های فردی، شناسایی و رفع چالش های موجود در این زمینه به منظور تسهیل و تقویت کار گروهی در محیط های آموزشی و آزمایشگاهی، امری ضروری است. این چالش ها را به تناسب عوامل محیطی و انسانی اثرگذار بر آن ها می توان به دو دسته چالش های ساختاری (نظارت و ارزیابی، مدیریت و رهبری گروه، چالش منابع و امکانات و مدیریت زمان) و چالش های فردی و ارتباطی (چالش های سازگاری، ارتباطی، جهت گیری و هدف گذاری و چالش آشنایی و آموزش) تقسیم نمود.

teamwork in educational environments, especially in laboratory and practical courses,is considered an effective strategy for enhancing learner interaction and participation,and strengthening their communication and practical skills. while identifying theprinciples, skills, and benefits of teamwork can improve the positive attitude ofprofessors and students towards this practical approach, recognizing its specificchallenges and drawbacks prevents inefficient behaviors and disruptions in the learningprocess. this research, using a descriptive-analytical approach and relying on libraryresources, examines these issues, with a particular emphasis on practical and laboratorycourses such as chemistry. the research results show that despite the numerous benefitsof teamwork, such as increased creativity and innovation, reduced stress and workload,increased motivation and self-efficacy, improved problem-solving and critical thinkingabilities, facilitation and strengthening of social communication, and development ofindividual skills, identifying and addressing the existing challenges in this area isessential to facilitate and strengthen teamwork in educational and laboratoryenvironments. these challenges, depending on the environmental and human factorsaffecting them, can be divided into two categories: structural challenges (monitoringand evaluation, group management and leadership, resource and facility challenges, andtime management) and individual and communication challenges (adaptation,communication, orientation and goal-setting challenges, and familiarity and trainingchallenges).
