مرور نظام‌مند شاخص‌های پیشرو ایمنی و روش‌های سنجش کمی آنها در پروژه‌های صنعت ساختمان

ایمنی پیش‌نگر در صنعت ساختمان مستلزم استفاده از شاخص‌هایی است که قادر به پیش‌بینی و پیشگیری از حوادث باشند. هدف این مطالعه، انجام یک مرور نظام‌مند برای شناسایی جامع این شاخص‌ها و به‌ویژه روش‌های عینی سنجش کمی آن‌هاست. با تحلیل محتوای 110 منبع معتبر، فهرستی از شاخص‌های پیشرو پرتکرار استخراج و روش‌های اندازه‌گیری کمی مرتبط با هر شاخص، مستقیماً از ادبیات موضوع جمع‌آوری شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد شاخص‌هایی نظیر «تعهد مدیریت»، «بازرسی ایمنی»، «گزارش شبه‌حادثه» و «مشاهده رفتار ایمن» بیشترین تکرار را دارند. در عین حال، روش‌های سنجش پیشنهادی عمدتاً در قالب نرخ‌ها، درصدها، شمارش‌ها و نمره‌دهی ارائه شده‌اند. مهم‌ترین چالش شناسایی‌شده، کیفی بودن ذاتی برخی شاخص‌ها و نبود استاندارد یکسان برای کمّی‌سازی آن‌هاست. این مرور با ارائه مستقیم شاخص‌ها و روش سنجش متناظر، منبعی عملیاتی برای پژوهشگران و مدیران در جهت استقرار سیستم پایش پیش‌نگر فراهم می‌کند.

systematic review of leading safety indicators and their quantitative measurement methods in construction industry projects

proactive safety in the construction industry requires the use of indicators capable of predicting and preventing accidents. the purpose of this study is to conduct a systematic review for the comprehensive identification of these indicators and, in particular, the objective quantitative measurement methods associated with them. through content analysis of 110 credible sources, a list of frequently cited leading indicators was extracted, and related quantitative measurement methods were directly compiled from the literature. the findings indicate that indicators such as 'management commitment', 'safety inspections', 'near-miss reporting', and 'safe behavior observation' are the most recurrent. at the same time, the proposed measurement methods are primarily in the form of rates, percentages, counts, and scoring. the most significant identified challenge is the inherent qualitative nature of some indicators and the lack of a unified standard for their quantification. by directly presenting the indicators and their corresponding measurement methods, this review provides an operational resource for researchers and managers to establish a proactive monitoring system.
