نقش ابزارهای هوشمند در غربالگری، ارزیابی و پشتیبانی از استارتاپ ها

هوش مصنوعی به عنوان یکی از پیشروترین فناوری‌ها با سرعتی فزاینده در حال تحول است. ایران، به‌عنوان کشوری درحال‌توسعه، نیازمند درک عمیق از مسیرهای آینده این فناوری و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی برای بهره‌گیری بهینه از آن است. در حقیقت استفاده از فناوری های داده محور نقش مهمی در پیش بینی و آینده نگری به عنوان یک سیستم پشتیبان و کنترل کننده دارد که با کاهش خطای انسانی منجر به بهبود تصمیم گیری در خصوص ادامه مسیر یک کسب و کار خواهد شد. هدف از این پژوهش،ُ بررسی نقش ابزارهای هوشمند، به‌ویژه فناوری‌های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی، داده‌کاوی و یادگیری ماشین در فرآیند غربالگری، ارزیابی و پشتیبانی از استارت‌آپ‌ها در پارک‌های علم و فناوری است. مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری نظام‌مند است که با مرور مقالات داخلی و بین‌المللی، به تحلیل کاربرد این فناوری‌ها در بهبود دقت ارزیابی و تصمیم‌گیری می‌پردازد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد استفاده از ابزارهای هوشمند باعث کاهش خطاهای انسانی، افزایش عدالت ارزیابی و بهبود تصمیم‌گیری در حمایت از شرکت‌های فناور می‌شود. مدل مفهومی پیشنهادی مقاله، تعامل میان عوامل درونی استارت‌آپ‌ها، عوامل بیرونی محیطی و ابزارهای هوشمند را در فرآیند غربالگری و پشتیبانی نشان می‌دهد.

the role of intelligent tools in screening, evaluating, and supporting startups

artificial intelligence is rapidly evolving as one of the leading technologies. iran, as a developing country, needs a deep understanding of the future pathways of this technology and strategic planning to optimally leverage it. in fact, the use of data-driven technologies plays a significant role in forecasting and future-oriented thinking as a supportive and controlling system, which, by reducing human error, leads to improved decision-making regarding the continuation of a business path. the aim of this study is to investigate the role of smart tools, especially technologies based on artificial intelligence, data mining and machine learning, in the screening, evaluation and support process of startups in science and technology parks. the present study is a systematic review that, by reviewing domestic and international articles, analyzes the application of these technologies in improving the accuracy of evaluation and decision-making. the findings show that the use of smart tools reduces human errors, increases the fairness of evaluation and improves decision-making in supporting technology companies. the conceptual model proposed in the article shows the interaction between internal factors of startups, external environmental factors and smart tools in the screening and support process.
