مهارت‌های انسانیِ تکامل‌یافته در صنایع خلاق پسا هوش مصنوعی؛ از تهدید به فرصت

این مقاله، به تبیین چگونگی بازآفرینی صنایع خلاق در عصر هوش مصنوعی می‌پردازد و بر تکامل مهارت‌های انسانی برای هم‌افزایی با این فناوری و تبدیل چالش‌ها به فرصت‌ها تمرکز دارد. هوش مصنوعی مولد، با قابلیت خلق محتوای نو، امکانات بی‌سابقه‌ای را برای تقویت خلاقیت، تسریع نوآوری و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها در حوزه‌هایی نظیر نویسندگی، هنر دیجیتال، موسیقی، فیلم و تبلیغات فراهم آورده است. با این وجود، این فناوری با چالش‌هایی جدی نیز همراه است؛ از جمله خطر کاهش تفکر خلاق، یکسان‌سازی ایده‌ها، تهدید مشاغل هنری و مسائل پیچیده اخلاقی و حقوقی مانند حق مولف و سوگیری‌های الگوریتمی. در مقابل این دوگانگی، مقاله بر اهمیت توانمندی‌های منحصربه‌فرد انسانی که هوش مصنوعی فاقد آن‌هاست، تاکید می‌کند؛ مهارت‌هایی نظیر هوش هیجانی، تفکر انتقادی، خلاقیت اصیل و استدلال اخلاقی. با نگاهی به ظرفیت‌های غنی فرهنگی ایران در هنرهای سنتی و میراث ناملموس، راهکارهای عملی برای توسعه شرکت‌های خلاق ارائه شده است. این پیشنهادات شامل تدوین سیاست‌های بومی، ایجاد زیرساخت داده ملی با محتوای فرهنگی ایرانی، طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی برای هم‌افزایی انسان و ماشین، و ترویج سواد دیجیتال و اخلاقی است. هدف نهایی، ارائه مدلی است که در آن هوش مصنوعی نه به عنوان رقیب، بلکه در جایگاه مکملی قدرتمند برای نبوغ انسانی در صنایع خلاق ایران عمل کند و به حفظ و ترویج میراث غنی فرهنگی کشور یاری رساند.

this paper explores the reinvention of the creative industries in the age of artificial intelligence, focusing on the evolution of human skills to achieve synergy with this technology and transform challenges into opportunities. generative ai, with its ability to create novel content, has unlocked unprecedented potential for augmenting creativity, accelerating innovation, and optimizing processes in domains such as writing, digital art, music, film, and advertising. nonetheless, this technology is accompanied by significant challenges, including the risk of diminished creative thinking, the homogenization of ideas, threats to artistic professions, and complex ethical and legal issues like copyright and algorithmic bias. in response to this duality, the article emphasizes the importance of uniquely human capabilities that artificial intelligence lacks, such as emotional intelligence, critical thinking, original creativity, and ethical reasoning. drawing on iran s rich cultural capacities in traditional arts and intangible heritage, practical strategies are proposed for the development of creative enterprises. these recommendations include formulating indigenous policies, establishing a national data infrastructure with iranian cultural content, designing educational programs for human-machine synergy, and promoting digital and ethical literacy. the ultimate goal is to present a model in which artificial intelligence functions not as a competitor, but as a powerful complement to human ingenuity within iran s creative industries, thereby assisting in the preservation and promotion of the nation s rich cultural heritage.
