مولفه های ساختاری و کارکردی اکوسیستم های نوآوری شرکتی؛ مطالعه تجارب شرکت‌های نوآور جهانی

امروزه شرکت‌های بزرگ برای حفظ رقابت‌پذیری و تسریع نوآوری، به ایجاد و توسعه «اکوسیستم نوآوری شرکتی» روی آورده‌اند. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی مولفه‌های ساختاری و کارکردی این اکوسیستم‌ها، به مطالعه موردی تطبیقی 15 شرکت نوآور جهانی (مانند گوگل، تسلا و سامسونگ) با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون پرداخته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد مولفه‌های ساختاری کلیدی شامل صندوق‌های سرمایه‌گذاری خطرپذیر شرکتی (cvc)، شتاب‌دهنده‌ها، مراکز نوآوری و آزمایشگاه‌های تحقیق و توسعه است. از نظر کارکردی، این اکوسیستم‌ها علاوه بر تامین مالی، نقش‌هایی چون شبکه‌سازی، مربی‌گری، ارائه زیرساخت و همکاری در پروژه‌های تحقیقاتی پیشرفته را ایفا می‌کنند. نتایج تاکید دارد که شرکت‌های بزرگ باید با اتخاذ راهبرد مشخص و تنوع بخشی به ابزارهای نوآوری باز، فرهنگ همکاری و یادگیری را تقویت کنند. یافته های این مطالعه برای مدیران صنعتی و سیاست‌گذاران حوزه فناوری و نوآوری در توسعه اکوسیستم‌های نوآوری شرکتی بومی کاربرد دارد و می تواند به ایفای نقش اثربخش تر شرکت های بزرگ صنعتی در زیست بوم های نوآوری بخشی و ملی منجر شود.

structural and functional components of corporate innovation ecosystems: a review of global innovative companies' experiences

today, large companies are turning to the creation and development of corporate innovation ecosystems to maintain competitiveness and accelerate innovation. this study aims to identify the structural and functional components of these ecosystems by conducting a comparative case study of 15 global innovative companies (such as google, tesla, and samsung) using a qualitative approach and thematic analysis. the findings indicate that key structural components include corporate venture capital (cvc) funds, accelerators, innovation centers, and research and development (r&d) laboratories. functionally, these ecosystems, in addition to providing funding, play roles such as networking, mentoring, providing infrastructure, and collaborating on advanced research projects. the results emphasize that large companies should strengthen a culture of collaboration and learning by adopting a clear strategy and diversifying open innovation tools. the findings of this study are applicable to industrial managers and policymakers in the field of technology and innovation for developing local corporate innovation ecosystems and can lead to a more effective role for large industrial companies in sectoral and national innovation ecosystems.
