بازآفرینی پارک‌های علم و فناوری در عصر هوش مصنوعی: از مدل‌های خطی تا پلتفرم‌ها و کانون‌های نوآوری پویا

پارک‌های علم و فناوری به عنوان موتورهای محرک نوآوری و رشد اقتصادی، در نقطه عطف تاریخی بی‌سابقه‌ای قرار دارند. این مقاله با بررسی روند تحولات جهانی، استدلال می‌کند که مدل سنتی این پارک‌ها، مبتنی بر اجاره فضا و ارایه خدمات پشتیبانی پایه، دیگر برای رقابت در اقتصاد دیجیتال امروزی کافی نیست. آینده متعلق به پارک‌هایی است که با اتخاذ یک ساختار پلتفرمی، نقش خود را از «میزبان منفعل» به «تسهیل‌گر فعال و هوشمند» در زیست‌بوم نوآوری تغییر دهند. این تحول، پارک‌ها را قادر می‌سازد تا با گردآوری بازیگران متنوعی مانند استارتاپ‌ها، شرکت‌های بزرگ، دانشگاه‌ها، سرمایه‌گذاران و نهادهای دولتی روی یک بستر یکپارچه، به خلق ارزشی بسیار فراتر از مدل خطی سنتی بپردازند. در این راستا، این مقاله، شش مدل نوین خلق ارزش شامل مدل‌های پلتفرمی، مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی، اقتصاد توکنی، اشتراکی پیشرفته، اکوسیستم‌های خودگردان و مبتنی بر تاثیر اجتماعی مقایسه شده و نتیجه می‌گیرد که ترکیب مدل پلتفرمی با هوش مصنوعی، کاراترین الگو برای پارک‌های آینده خواهد بود. هسته این ارزش‌آفرینی جدید، کاهش هزینه‌های مبادله و فعال‌سازی اثر شبکه‌ای است، به طوری که با افزوده شدن هر عضو جدید، ارزش کل پلتفرم برای همه اعضا به صورت تصاعدی افزایش یابد. هوش مصنوعی در این نقش، تنها یک ابزار بهینه‌سازی نیست، بلکه یک تقویت‌کننده ذاتی است که با تحلیل کلان‌داده‌ها، پیش‌بینی روندها، شخصی‌سازی خدمات و خودکارسازی فرآیندها، قدرت شبکه و توان نوآوری سازمان‌های مبتنی بر پلتفرم را به حداکثر می‌رساند. مقاله حاضر نشان می‌دهد که آینده متعلق به پارک‌هایی است که خود را به «پلتفرم‌های هوشمند نوآوری» تبدیل کنند. این تحول مستلزم بازتعریف کامل مدل کسب‌وکار، ساختار سازمانی و نقش آن‌ها در زیست‌بوم است. مدل پلتفرمی به پارک‌ها این امکان را می‌دهد که به جای عمل کردن به عنوان یک بازیگر خطی، به یک تسهیل‌گر چندوجهی تبدیل شوند که با بهره‌گیری از اثر شبکه، ارزش را برای کلیه بازیگران (شامل استارتاپ‌ها، شرکت‌های بزرگ، دانشگاه‌ها، سرمایه‌گذاران و دولت) خلق می‌کند.

reinventing science and technology parks in the age of ai: from linear models to platforms and dynamic innovation hubs

science and technology parks, as key engines for innovation and economic growth, now stand at a critical historical turning point. this paper argues—through an analysis of global development trends—that the traditional model of such parks, based primarily on leasing space and providing basic support services, is no longer sufficient to remain competitive in today s digital economy. the future belongs to those parks that adopt a platform-based structure, transforming their role from passive hosts to active and intelligent facilitators within the innovation ecosystem. this transformation enables parks to bring together diverse stakeholders—such as startups, large corporations, universities, investors, and government agencies—on a unified platform, creating value that far exceeds what the traditional linear model could achieve. the study examines six emerging value creation models: platform-based, ai-driven, token economy, advanced sharing-based, self-governing ecosystems, and social impact-oriented models. it concludes that integrating the platform model with artificial intelligence will be the most effective strategy for future parks. central to this new approach to value creation is the reduction of transaction costs and the activation of network effects. each new participant added to the platform exponentially increases its overall value for all members. in this context, artificial intelligence is not merely a tool for optimization; it acts as a fundamental enhancer. by leveraging big data analytics, trend forecasting, service customization, and process automation, ai significantly strengthens the network’s capabilities and enhances the innovative potential of platform-based organizations. this paper demonstrates that parks which successfully evolve into intelligent innovation platforms will lead the future. such a shift requires a comprehensive reimagining of their business models, organizational structures, and roles within the broader ecosystem. the platform model allows parks to move beyond functioning as linear entities and become dynamic, multi-dimensional facilitators. by harnessing network effects, they can generate greater value for all stakeholders involved, including startups, large corporations, academic institutions, investors, and government bodies.
