نقش هوش مصنوعی در بهبود زنجیره ارزش نوآورانه در صنعت دارو: مطالعه موردی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و فناور استان البرز

صنعت دارو به‌عنوان یکی از صنایع استراتژیک و حیاتی جهان، همواره نقشی کلیدی در ارتقای سلامت عمومی و توسعه اقتصادی ایفا کرده است. در دهه‌های اخیر، ظهور فناوری‌های تحول‌آفرین به‌ویژه هوش مصنوعی (ai) سبب ایجاد تحولات بنیادین در زنجیره ارزش دارویی شده است. استفاده از الگوریتم‌های یادگیری ماشین و داده‌کاوی در فرآیندهایی چون کشف دارو، طراحی کارآزمایی‌های بالینی، کنترل کیفیت تولید، پیش‌بینی تقاضا و بهینه‌سازی زنجیره تامین، مسیر توسعه داروهای نوین را تسریع کرده و هزینه‌ها را به میزان قابل توجهی کاهش داده است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل نقش هوش مصنوعی در بهبود زنجیره ارزش نوآورانه در صنعت دارو، با تمرکز بر شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان استان البرز انجام شده است. روش تحقیق حاضر، آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) است؛ بدین معنا که در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه‌های تخصصی با خبرگان صنعت و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه مبتنی بر مدل زنجیره ارزش پورتر استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 73 شرکت دانش‌بنیان فعال در حوزه دارویی استان البرز می‌باشد که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند.

the role of artificial intelligence in improving the innovative value chain in the pharmaceutical industry: a case study of knowledge-based and technology companies in alborz province

the pharmaceutical industry is one of the most strategic and challenging industries in the world, with a crucial role in public health and economic development. in recent years, the emergence of transformative technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (ai), has significantly reshaped pharmaceutical value chains. ai applications, including drug discovery, clinical trial design, production quality control, demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and intelligent marketing, have reduced costs, accelerated innovation, and enhanced competitive advantage. this study aims to identify and analyze the role of ai in improving the innovative pharmaceutical value chain, focusing on knowledge-based companies in alborz province, iran. a mixed-method approach was employed: semi-structured interviews with experts and a survey based on porter’s value chain model were conducted among 73 pharmaceutical knowledge-based companies. the findings reveal that ai plays a pivotal role in strengthening innovation in r&d, enhancing clinical trial efficiency, improving distribution systems, and facilitating better interaction between academia, industry, and policymakers. consequently, ai can foster sustainable competitiveness and innovation in the pharmaceutical sector.
