استقرار چند وجهی های بنیادین داده محور از معیار جهانی نوآوری و امنیت دست­ آوردهای نوآورانه

رشد و تعالی زیست بوم نوآوری آمیخته با دوام، تقویت و استمرار فرآیندهای مربوط تحقق می­یابد. این مهم بر اساس مولفه ­ها و مبتنی بر زوایای مختلفی از نیاز جامعه و بازار تا خاستگاه دانشی و مطالعاتی آن و یا برگرفته از هر محور بنیادی دیگر مورد توجه قرار می­گیرد. به عنوان تجربه­ ای نهادینه و موفق از معیارها و استانداردهای سنجش و ارزیابی وضعیت نوآوری، مقایسه دست­آوردهای مربوط در بین کشورها است که تحت عنوان معیار جهانی نوآوری[1](gii) صورت پذیرفته و ارائه می شود. این معیار براساس شاخص­های ورودی و خروجی با زیرمولفه ­ها و زیرشاخص ­های نرم­افزاری، سخت افزاری و مغزافزاری مشخص می­شود. زیرساخت ­های داده محور بعنوان بخش و شاخ ه­ای اصلی و نرم­افزار پایه از زیر ساخت­ های سه ­گانه عمومی، زیست محیطی و فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات است که در سند جهانی نوآوری براساس جدیدترین مشخصه ­های علمی و فناورانه دنیا آورده می شود. بهره­ مندی از نتایج، عمق بخشی مقادیر کمّی، ایجادظرفیت­ های جدید در قالب معرفی رویکردهای اصلی، مقایسه­ با دیگر شاخص ­ها و زیر شاخص­ ها به همراه ارائه مصادیق کمّی و عددی زمین ه­ای برای ابتکار عمل در پژوهش حاضر محسوب می­شود که تامل، تدقیق و بسط بیشتر آن سبب رشد، ارتقاء، تحقق و مهم­تر از همه پایداری زیست بوم نوآوری می­گردد. مطالعه مقادیر و مصادیق کمّی زیرشاخص داده محور برای شاخص زیرساخت از معیار جهانی نوآوری و چگونگی استقرار مولفه های آن با دو رویکرد اهمیت و ضرورت زیر شاخص های داده محور و ارتباط صریحی که با دیگر شاخص ها و زیر شاخص ها برقرار می نماید موضوع اصلی این تحقیق می باشد.

the growth and excellence of the innovation ecosystem is achieved through the sustainability, strengthening and continuity of related processes. this important is considered based on various components and angles from the needs of society and the market to its knowledge and study origins or derived from any other fundamental axis.. as an institutionalized and successful experience of criteria and standards for measuring and evaluating the state of innovation the comparison of relevant achievements among countries is carried out and presented under the title of global innovation index (gii). this criterion is determined based on input and output indicators with software, hardware and brain ware and its subcomponents and sub-indices. data-driven infrastructure is a major part and branch of the three main infrastructures public, environmental, and information and communication technology, which are included in the global innovation document based on the world s latest scientific and technological characteristics. benefiting from the results, deepening quantitative values, creating new capacities in the form of introducing main approaches, comparing with other indicators and sub-indicators, along with providing quantitative and numerical examples, is considered a basis for initiative in the present research, whose further reflection scrutiny and expansion will lead to growth, promotion, realization and most importantly, sustainability of the innovation ecosystem. the main subject of this research is studying the values ​​and quantitative examples of the data-driven sub-index for the infrastructure index of the global innovation index and how its components are established with two approaches importance and necessity of data-driven sub-indices and the explicit relationship it establishes with other indicators and sub-indices.
