ارزیابی کیفیت اجرای درس کارورزی دانشجویان رشته آموزش فیزیک دانشگاه فرهنگیان با تاکید بر نقش عوامل اجرایی

هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی کیفیت اجرای درس کارورزی دانشجویان رشته آموزش فیزیک دانشگاه فرهنگیان پردیس نسیبه تهران از دیدگاه دانشجویان است. روش پژوهش به روش توصیفی–پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمام 84 دانشجوی ورودی 98 و 99 بود که 61 نفر (72.6%) در پژوهش شرکت کردند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته 44 گویه‌ای (9 گویه استاد راهنما، 11 گویه معلم راهنما، 16 گویه اثربخشی کلی و اهداف تربیتی، 8 گویه همکاری و نقش مدیر مدرسه) با مقیاس لیکرت پنج‌گزینه‌ای بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی توسط 10 متخصص تایید و پایایی کلی با آلفای کرونباخ 0.94 به‌دست آمد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار spss-26 و آزمون‌های کای‌دو انجام شد.یافته‌ها نشان داد: عملکرد استاد راهنما عالی با میانگین 4.31 عملکرد معلم راهنما خوب (میانگین 3.92) اثربخشی کلی برنامه در رسیدن به اهداف آموزشی–تربیتی مطلوب (میانگین 4.08) و همکاری و نقش مدیر مدرسه بسیار ضعیف (میانگین 2.44) است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که با وجود عملکرد بسیار مطلوب استاد راهنما و خوب معلم راهنما، ضعف شدید همکاری مدیران مدارس به‌عنوان یک گلوگاه اساسی، مانع بهره‌وری کامل برنامه کارورزی شده است.

evaluation of the implementation quality of the internship course for physics education students at farhangian university, with emphasis on the role of executive factors

the aim of this descriptive-survey study was to evaluate the quality of the internship course implementation for physics education students at farhangian university (nasibeh campus, tehran) from the students perspective. the statistical population comprised all 84 students from the 2019 and 2020 intakes, with 61 participants (72.6%) engaging in the research. the research instrument was a 44-item researcher-made questionnaire on a five-point likert scale, which included nine items for the university mentor, eleven for the cooperating teacher, sixteen for overall effectiveness and educational goals, and eight for the principal s cooperation and role. face and content validity were confirmed by 10 specialists, and overall reliability was achieved with a cronbach s alpha of 0.94. data analysis was performed using spss-26 software and chi-square tests. the findings indicated that the university mentor s performance was rated excellent (mean: 4.31), the cooperating teacher s performance was good (mean: 3.92), and the program s overall effectiveness in achieving educational and pedagogical goals was desirable (mean: 4.08). conversely, the cooperation and role of the school principal were rated as very weak (mean: 2.44). the results underscore a critical structural issue: despite the highly satisfactory guidance provided by the university mentors and cooperating teachers, the severe lack of cooperation from school principals acts as a major bottleneck, impeding the full effectiveness and utilization of the internship program.
