fixed point theorems for jleli-samet-kannan contractions in metric spaces

In this paper, we introduce a new type of contraction mapping, called a jleli-samet-kannan contraction, which combines the ideas of jleli and samet’s generalization of the banach contraction principle with kannan’s type contraction. we establish the existence and uniqueness of fixed points for such mappings in complete metric spaces. our results generalize and unify several well-known fixed point theorems in the literature.
