بررسی تاثیر بنادر خشک و پایانه‌های چندوجهی در توسعه بنادر و مناطق پسکرانه: یک مرور سیستماتیک

این مقاله به بررسی جامع و نظام‌مند تاثیر بنادر خشک و پایانه‌های چندوجهی بر توسعه بنادر و مناطق پسکرانه می‌پردازد. این پژوهش که بر اساس یک مرور سیستماتیک بر روی 101 مقاله کلیدی منتشر شده بین سال‌های 1997 تا 2026 در پایگاه داده scopus انجام شده است، سیر تحول مفهوم بندر خشک را از یک ابزار ساده برای رفع تراکم در بنادر دریایی، به یک مولفه استراتژیک و حیاتی در زنجیره تامین جهانی نشان می‌دهد. یافته‌ها نشانگر آن است که بنادر خشک نقشی کلیدی در بهبود کارایی بنادر، توسعه اقتصادی مناطق پسکرانه و دستیابی به لجستیک سبز از طریق انتقال بار از جاده به ریل ایفا می‌کنند. این مقاله با استفاده از تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی، شبکه‌های علمی، نویسندگان پیشرو و روندهای اصلی پژوهشی در این حوزه را شناسایی کرده و بر ضرورت یکپارچگی عملیاتی، حاکمیت منسجم و مدل‌های مشارکت عمومی-خصوصی برای موفقیت این پروژه‌ها تاکید می‌ورزد. در نهایت، مقاله نتیجه‌گیری می‌کند که موفقیت بنادر خشک تنها به ساخت فیزیکی وابسته نیست، بلکه به هماهنگی نهادی، رفع موانع بوروکراتیک و اتصال به یک شبکه ریلی کارآمد بستگی دارد.

investigating the impact of dry ports and multimodal terminals on the development of ports and hinterland areas: a systematic review

this article provides a comprehensive and systematic review of the impact of dry ports and multimodal terminals on the development of ports and hinterland areas. based on a systematic review of 101 key articles published between 1997 and 2026 in the scopus database, this research shows the evolution of the dry port concept from a simple tool for alleviating congestion in seaports to a strategic and vital component in the global supply chain. the findings indicate that dry ports play a key role in improving port efficiency, promoting economic development in hinterland regions, and achieving green logistics by shifting freight from road to rail. using bibliometric analysis, this paper identifies scientific networks, leading authors, and major research trends in this field, emphasizing the necessity of operational integration, coherent governance, and public-private partnership (ppp) models for the success of these projects. finally, the article concludes that the success of dry ports depends not only on physical construction but also on institutional coordination, removal of bureaucratic barriers, and connection to an efficient rail network.
