نقش دانشگاه‌های سبز در ترویج حکمرانی زیست‌محیطی و توسعه پایدار شهری

مفهوم دانشگاه سبز با هدف ادغام اصول پایداری در مدیریت منابع، آموزش و پژوهش، جایگاه ویژه‌ای در حکمرانی زیست‌محیطی یافته است. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل نقش حیاتی دانشگاه‌های سبز در ارتقای مدیریت و حکمرانی زیست‌محیطی و تاثیر این امر بر دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در شهرها انجام شده است. روش تحقیق مبتنی بر مرور نظام‌مند و تحلیل چارچوب‌های حکمرانی پایدار و شاخص‌های دانشگاه‌های سبز در مطالعات بین‌المللی و داخلی بوده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که دانشگاه‌های سبز از طریق مدیریت هوشمندانه منابع، آموزش‌های مبتنی بر پایداری و مشارکت فعال با نهادهای شهری، در تحقق حکمرانی موثر زیست‌محیطی نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای دارند. در بسیاری از پژوهش‌ها، بر این نکته تاکید شده است که شفافیت و نظارت مستمر، شرط لازم موفقیت این نهادها است. با این حال، چالش‌هایی نظیر کمبود بودجه و ضعف فرهنگی به‌عنوان موانع اصلی توسعه دانشگاه سبز در ایران معرفی شده است. در مجموع، تقویت آموزش‌های زیست‌محیطی و هم‌افزایی دانشگاه با مدیریت شهری، مسیر توسعه پایدار شهری را هموار خواهد کرد.

the role of green universities in promoting environmental governance and sustainable urban development

the concept of green university has gained a special place in environmental governance with the aim of integrating sustainability principles in resource management, education and research. this research aims to analyze the vital role of green universities in promoting environmental management and governance and its impact on achieving sustainable development in cities. the research method was based on a systematic review and analysis of sustainable governance frameworks and green university indicators in international and domestic studies. the findings show that green universities play a decisive role in achieving effective environmental governance through smart resource management, sustainability-based education and active participation with urban institutions. in many studies, it has been emphasized that transparency and continuous monitoring are necessary conditions for the success of these institutions. however, challenges such as lack of budget and cultural weakness have been introduced as the main obstacles to the development of green universities in iran. overall, strengthening environmental education and synergy of universities with urban management will pave the way for sustainable urban development.
