the role of owc technology in smart city management with micmac approach

in this paper, with the aim of identifying the components affecting smart city management, using theinteraction analysis method in the micmac software, the initial changes were extracted with previous studiesand evaluated by experts. the score obtained from the changes was entered into the micmac software underthe format of an impact matrix. by analyzing the results of the matrix and the dispersion map of the variables,it is clear that security changes, public laws and regulations, policies, and the role of the internet of thingsare at the top of the matrix with high impact and low dependence. these important changes have a highimpact on other factors and can have little dependence. fiber optic changes, which are at the top of the matrixand have high impact and dependence. this position doubles the role of fiber optics in smart city management
