چالش‌ها و موانع اقتصاد چرخشی در تصفیه خانه های فاضلاب شهری شهر تبریز

تصفیه‌خانه‌های فاضلاب شهری به دلیل ادغام تولید انرژی و بازیابی منابع در طول تولید آب پاک، می‌توانند بخش مهمی از پایداری چرخه‌ای باشند. در حال حاضر، محرک‌های اصلی توسعه صنعت فاضلاب، نیازهای جهانی به مواد مغذی و بازیابی آب و انرژی از فاضلاب هستند. این مقاله روندهای فعلی در توسعه تصفیه‌خانه‌های فاضلاب را بر اساس فرضیات اقتصاد چرخه‌ای، چالش‌ها و موانعی که مانع از اجرای مفهوم اقتصاد چرخه‌ای و شهرهای هوشمند با تصفیه‌خانه‌های فاضلاب به عنوان یک بازیگر مهم می‌شوند، ارائه می‌دهد. تصفیه‌خانه‌های فاضلاب در آینده نزدیک به سیستم‌های فناوری «پایدار از نظر زیست‌محیطی» و یک پیوند بسیار مهم در شهرهای هوشمند تبدیل خواهند شد. تجربه کشور های اروپایی در اجرای اقتصاد چرخه ای و توسعه صنعت فاضلاب می تواند الگوی مناسب برای کلان شهر های ایران ، به ویژه برای شهر تبریز باشد ومیتواند به عنوان راهکاری عملی برای کاهش هدررفت منابع و حرکت به سمت اقتصاد چرخه ای و شهر هوشمند باشد.

urban wastewater treatment plants can be an important part ofcyclical sustainability due to the integration of energy productionand resource recovery during the production of clean water.currently, the main drivers of the development of the wastewaterindustry are the global needs for nutrients and the recovery of waterand energy from wastewater. this article presents the currenttrends in the development of wastewater treatment plants based onthe assumptions of the circular economy, the challenges andobstacles that prevent the implementation of the concept of acircular economy and smart cities with wastewater treatment plantsas an important player. in the near future, wastewater treatmentplants will become “environmentally sustainable” technologicalsystems and a very important link in smart cities.the experience of european countries in implementing a circulareconomy and developing the wastewater industry can be a suitablemodel for the iranian economy and can serve as a practical solutionto reduce resource waste and move towards a circular economy anda smart city.
