الزامات بستر سازی بانکداری سبز در راستای تامین مالی پروژه های سبز شهری و دانشگاهی در ایران

در دهه‌های اخیر، حرکت نظام‌های پولی و مالی جهانی به‌سوی پایداری زیست‌محیطی و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی، نظام‌های پولی و بانکی را با ضرورت بازنگری در نقش خود در تامین مالی پایدار و تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار روبه‌رو ساخته است [1]. هدف این پژوهش، هدف این پژوهش بررسی الزامات بسترسازی بانکداری سبز در ایران جهت تامین مالی پروژه ها سبز شهری و دانشگاهی در راستای تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار زیست محیطی است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی–تحلیلی بوده و با اتکا به مرور ادبیات موضوعی، گزارش‌های نهادهای بین المللی و تجارب سایر کشورها به بررسی الزامات نهادی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی مورد نیاز در این حوزه می‌پردازد[2], [3]. انتظار می‌رود که نتایج این مطالعه ، تصویر روشنی از مزایا و محدودیت‌های هر گزینه ،برای نظام بانکداری ایران ارائه دهد و مبنایی برای طراحی سیاست‌های توسعه زیرساخت‌های مالی سبز، جذب سرمایه بخش خصوصی و ادغام اصول زیست محیطی ،اجتماعی و حاکمیت شرکتی در نظام بانکی کشور را فراهم سازد[2], [3]. این پژوهش می‌تواند مسیر سیاست‌گذاران را در جهت ایجاد نظام بانکی پایدار، رقابت‌پذیر و هم‌سو باتعهدات زیست‌محیطی بین‌المللی در تامین مالی پروژههای سبز را مشخص کند.

in recent decades, the movement of global monetary and financial systems has faced environmentalsustainability and social responsibility, monetary and banking systems with necessity of reviewingits role in providing sustainable financing and realizing sustainable development goals. the purposeof this study was to investigate the requirements of green banking in iran to finance urban green andacademic projects in order to achieve the goals of sustainable environmental development. thepresent descriptive-analytic research is based on reviewing thematic literature, institutions reportsbetween institutions the results of this study are expected to provide a clear picture of the benefitsand constraints of each option for the iranian banking system and provide the basis for designing thepolicies of development of green financial infrastructure, attracting capital of private sector andintegration of environmental, social and corporate governance in the banking system. this researchcan identify the path of policy makers to establish a stable banking system, and in alignment ofinternational environmental obligations in financing the green projects.
