بررسی ابعاد مختلف شهر سبز به عنوان پارادایم توسعه شهری پایدار

شهرنشینی شتابان و تشدید فشارهای زیست‌محیطی، جستجو برای یافتن الگوهای نوین توسعه شهری را به یک ضرورت بدل ساخته است. این مقاله با هدف واکاوی ابعاد چندگانه مفهوم «شهر سبز» و بررسی یافته‌های پژوهش‌های معاصر تدوین شده است. با بررسی مطالعات علمی، این مقاله چهار رکن اصلی تحقق شهر سبز را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد: 1) زیرساخت و فناوری‌های نوین (شامل زیرساخت دیجیتال، هوش مصنوعی، ساختمان‌های هوشمند و طراحی پارامتریک) که به عنوان موتور محرکه تحول سبز عمل می‌کنند؛ 2) حکمرانی و سیاست‌گذاری که اثربخشی آن در گرو چارچوب‌های ارزیابی دقیق، مشارکت ذی‌نفعان و اجتناب از تصمیم‌گیری‌های شتابزده است؛ 3) عدالت محیطی و اجتماعی که هشدار می‌دهد پروژه‌های سبز در صورت عدم توجه می‌توانند به تشدید نابرابری‌ها و «اشرافی شدن سبز» بینجامند؛ و 4) طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی فضایی که بر نقش حیاتی فضای سبز شهری در تعدیل دما، ارتقای سلامت عمومی و حفظ تنوع زیستی تاکید دارد. نتیجه‌گیری کلی حاکی از آن است که شهر سبز یک مقصد ایستا نیست، بلکه یک فرآیند پویا است که موفقیت آن در گرو تلفیق همزمان راه‌حل‌های فناورانه، حکمرانی اثربخش و التزام راسخ به عدالت است.

reviewing the various dimensions of the green city as a paradigm for sustainable urban development

rapid urbanization and intensifying environmental pressures have turned the search for new models of urban development into a necessity. this article is formulated with the aim of analyzing the multiple dimensions of the green city concept and reviewing the findings of contemporary research. by examining scientific studies, this article investigates four main pillars for realizing a green city: 1) modern infrastructure and technologies (including digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence, smart buildings, and parametric design) which act as the driving engine for green transformation; 2) governance and policymaking, whose effectiveness depends on precise assessment frameworks, stakeholder participation, and avoiding hasty decision-making; 3) environmental and social justice, which warns that green projects, if not carefully considered, can exacerbate inequalities and lead to green gentrification ; and 4) spatial design and planning, which emphasizes the vital role of urban green spaces in temperature moderation, public health improvement, and biodiversity conservation. the overall conclusion indicates that a green city is not a static destination, but rather a dynamic process whose success depends on the simultaneous integration of technological solutions, effective governance, and a firm commitment to justice.
