نقش شاخص‌های زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و حاکمیتی (esg) شرکت‌ها در پیشبرد فناوری سبز و دستیابی به توسعه شهری پایدار

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش شاخص‌های زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و حاکمیتی (esg) شرکت‌ها در پیشبرد نوآوری فناوری سبز (مانند انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر و سیستم‌های هوشمند) و دستیابی به توسعه شهری پایدار (از طریق مشارکت عمومی-خصوصی و استانداردهای leed/iot)) انجام شد. روش: رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی با تکیه بر داده‌های اسنادی از گزارش‌های رسمی و مطالعات منتشرشده در بازه 1402 تا 1404 به کار گرفته شد. نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بر اساس اعتبار منبع و ارتباط مستقیم با موضوع انجام گردید. تحلیل محتوایی کیفی با کدگذاری موضوعی و تحلیل مفهومی بر پایه چارچوب سه بُعد پایداری همراه با مطالعات موردی مقایسه‌ای صورت پذیرفت .یافته‌ها esg : سرمایه‌گذاری در تحقیق و توسعه سبز را افزایش داده و نوآوری کم‌کربن را تقویت می‌کند. در توسعه شهری، esg مشارکت عمومی-خصوصی را تسهیل کرده، ابزارهای مالی سبز را ترویج می‌دهد و عملکرد شرکت‌ها را از طریق زیرساخت‌های دیجیتال ارتقا می‌بخشد. مطالعات موردی نشان‌دهنده کاهش آلودگی، بهبود مدیریت انرژی و افزایش خدمات شهری است، هرچند چالش‌هایی مانند عدم استانداردسازی و ناهماهنگی‌های نظارتی وجود دارد .نتیجه‌گیری: esg به عنوان محرکی کلیدی، تعادل بین رشد فناوری‌محور شرکت‌ها و پایداری زیست‌محیطی را برقرار کرده و به اهداف توسعه پایدار شهرها کمک می‌کند.

the role of corporate esg indicators in advancing green technology and achieving sustainable urban development

objective: the present study aimed to investigate the role of corporate environmental, social, and governance (esg) indicators in advancing green technology innovation (such as renewable energy and smart systems) and achieving sustainable urban development (through public-private partnerships and leed/iot standards). method: a descriptive-analytical approach was employed, relying on documentary data from official reports and studies published between 2023 and 2025. targeted sampling was conducted based on the source s credibility and direct relevance to the topic. qualitative content analysis was performed using thematic coding and conceptual analysis based on the triple sustainability framework, alongside comparative case studies.findings: esg investment increases green research and development (r&d) and strengthens low-carbon innovation. in urban development, esg facilitates public-private partnerships, promotes green financial instruments, and enhances corporate performance through digital infrastructure. case studies indicate reduced pollution, improved energy management, and increased urban services, although challenges such as a lack of standardization and regulatory inconsistencies exist.conclusion: esg acts as a key driver, establishing a balance between companies technology-driven growth and environmental sustainability, and contributes to cities sustainable development goals.
