نقش کشاورزی شهری در توسعه پایدار: رویکردها، سیاست‌ها و چارچوب مفهومی

با گسترش شتابان شهرنشینی و افزایش نیاز به تامین پایدار منابع غذایی، کشاورزی شهری به‌عنوان یکی از راهبردهای نوین در مدیریت شهری و توسعه پایدار مطرح شده است. این پژوهش با هدف مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات علمی بین‌المللی، به بررسی نقش کشاورزی شهری در مدیریت نوین شهرها با تاکید بر ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست‌محیطی و مدیریتی می‌پردازد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که کشاورزی شهری می‌تواند از طریق کاهش فاصله تولید تا مصرف، ارتقای امنیت غذایی، تقویت اقتصاد محلی، بهبود کیفیت محیط زیست و افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی، به تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار شهری کمک کند. در عین حال، چالش‌هایی چون محدودیت فضا، آلودگی خاک، و نبود سیاست‌های کارآمد شهری مانع از تحقق کامل این ظرفیت‌ها می‌شوند. این مقاله با ارائه یک چارچوب مفهومی، بر ضرورت ادغام کشاورزی شهری در نظام برنامه‌ریزی و حکمرانی شهری تاکید دارد تا بتوان از این ظرفیت به‌عنوان ابزاری راهبردی در توسعه شهرهای تاب‌آور، هوشمند و پایدار بهره گرفت.

the role of urban agriculture in sustainable development: approaches, policies, and a conceptual framework

with the rapid pace of urbanization and the growing need for sustainable food systems, urban agriculture has emerged as an innovative strategy for urban management and sustainable development. this study systematically reviews international literature to examine the role of urban agriculture in modern urban governance, focusing on its economic, social, environmental, and managerial dimensions. the findings reveal that urban agriculture contributes to urban sustainability by reducing the distance between production and consumption, enhancing food security, strengthening local economies, improving environmental quality, and fostering social interaction. however, challenges such as limited space, soil contamination, and the absence of effective urban policies hinder its full potential. the paper proposes a conceptual framework emphasizing the integration of urban agriculture into urban planning and governance systems as a strategic tool for building resilient, smart, and sustainable cities.
