شهر رقومی و سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی در حکمرانی شهری داده محور

تکامل محیط‌های شهری در قرن حاضر به طور فزاینده‌ای به هم‌افزایی بین فناوری‌های دیجیتال و سیستم‌های فضایی وابسته است. مفهوم شهر رقومی نشان‌دهنده این همگرایی است، جایی که سیستم‌های اطلاعات جغرافیایی (gis) زیرساختی بنیادی برای برنامه‌ریزی، مدیریت و حکمرانی شهری مبتنی بر داده تشکیل می‌دهند. پژوهش حاضر نگرشی جامع در مورد الگوی شهر رقومی ارائه می‌دهد و تعاریف، چارچوب‌های نظری، توانمندسازهای فناوری، نقش gis، کاربردهای کلیدی، چالش‌ها و جهت‌گیری‌های آینده را بررسی می‌کند. همچنین چگونگی رقومی سازی شهرها از طریق ادغام فناوری‌های مکانی، دوقلوهای دیجیتال، کلان‌داده‌ها و پلتفرم‌های مشارکتی را نشان می‌دهد. در شهر رقومی، gis صرفاً یک ابزار نیست، بلکه یک جزء اصلی سیستم عصبی رقومی یک شهر است که هوش فضایی، تصمیم‌گیری در زمان واقعی و مشارکت شهروندان را ممکن می‌سازد.

the evolution of urban environments in the current century increasingly depends on the synergybetween digital technologies and spatial systems. the concept of the digital city reflects thisconvergence, where geographic information systems (gis) form a fundamental infrastructure fordata-driven urban planning, management, and governance. the present study provides acomprehensive view of the digital city paradigm and examines definitions, theoretical frameworks,technological enablers, the roles of gis, key applications, challenges, and future directions. it alsoshows how cities can become digital through the integration of spatial technologies, digital twins,big data, and collaborative platforms. in the digital city, gis is not just a tool, but a core componentof a city’s digital nervous system, enabling spatial intelligence, real-time decision-making, andcitizen participation.
