از دانشگاه سبز تا شهر هوشمند: راهبردهای آموزشی و فناوری برای توسعه پایدار شهری

در قرن بیست و یکم، شهرها با چالش‌های زیست‌محیطی فزاینده‌ای از جمله آلودگی هوا، کاهش منابع آب، گرمایش جهانی و مصرف نامناسب انرژی مواجه هستند. دانشگاه‌ها به عنوان مراکز آموزشی و پژوهشی نقش محوری در ترویج فرهنگ پایدار و آموزش مسئولیت‌پذیری زیست‌محیطی دارند. این مقاله با هدف بررسی نقش آموزش دانشگاهی، مشارکت اجتماعی و فناوری‌های نوین در تحقق مفهوم «دانشگاه سبز» و «شهر هوشمند» تدوین شده است. روش تحقیق مرور ادبیات ترکیبی و تحلیل توصیفی است که بر پایه مقالات علمی معتبر فارسی و بین‌المللی، گزارش‌ها و مطالعات موردی طراحی شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که آموزش زیست‌محیطی در دانشگاه‌ها، بهره‌گیری از رسانه‌ها و شبکه‌های اجتماعی و مشارکت فعال شهروندان موجب افزایش آگاهی و ارتقای رفتارهای پایدار می‌شود. همچنین، فناوری‌های نوین نقش کلیدی در تسهیل تعامل میان دانشگاه، شهروندان و سیاست‌گذاران دارند. بر اساس یافته‌ها، پیشنهادهای عملی شامل طراحی دوره‌های آموزشی کاربردی، توسعه پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال مشارکتی، ایجاد کمیته‌های مشترک دانشگاه-شهرداری و تدوین سیاست‌های حمایتی برای زیرساخت‌های سبز ارائه شده است.

in the 21st century, cities face increasing environmental challenges, including air pollution, water scarcity, global warming, and inefficient energy consumption. universities, as educational and research centers, play a crucial role in promoting sustainable culture and environmental responsibility. this study aims to examine the role of academic education, social participation, and innovative technologies in realizing the concepts of green university and smart city. the research method combines literature review and descriptive analysis based on reputable persian and international articles, reports, and case studies. findings indicate that environmental education in universities, the use of media and social networks, and active citizen participation enhance awareness and promote sustainable behaviors. additionally, innovative technologies facilitate interaction among universities, citizens, and policymakers. practical recommendations include designing applied educational courses, developing participatory digital platforms, establishing joint university-municipality committees, and formulating supportive policies for green infrastructure.
