بررسی تاثیر حفاظت از آب‌های زیرزمینی، انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر و مدیریت پسماند بر اقتصاد شهر سبز تبریز از منظر اسکات کاتو

این مطالعه تاثیر حفاظت از آب زیرزمینی، استفاده از انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر و مدیریت پسماند را بر اقتصاد شهر سبز تبریز بررسی می‌کند، با تمرکز بر نظریه اقتصاد سبز «اسکات کاتو» که اقتصاد را در دل اکوسیستم جاسازی کرده و بر عدالت اجتماعی، محلی‌سازی و پایداری تاکید دارد. هدف، تحلیل پتانسیل‌های اقتصادی این رویکردها در کاهش هزینه‌ها، ایجاد شغل و تقویت پایداری است. از منظر کاتو، این رویکردها اقتصاد محلی را با بوم‌شناسی همخوان کرده و نابرابری‌ها را کاهش می‌دهند، به ویژه در سال 2025 که تبریز پایتخت محیط زیستی آسیا است و اقداماتی مانند احیای باغات، حفر چاه های جذب باران، سیستم‌های هوشمند آبیاری و مدیریت جامع پسماند در حال اجرا هستند. این مقاله با روش توصیفی تحلیلی سعی دارد با آمایش ظرفیت های موجود و تطبیق آن با نظریۀ کاتو، تبریز را به عنوان شهری بالقوه در راستای اقتصاد سبز آسیایی معرفی کند.

this study examines the impact of groundwater conservation, renewable energy use, and waste management on tabriz s green city economy, focusing on scott cato s green economics theory, which embeds the economy within the ecosystem and emphasizes social justice, localization, and sustainability. the aim is to analyze the economic potentials of these approaches in reducing costs, creating jobs, and enhancing sustainability. from cato s perspective, these approaches align local economies with ecology and reduce inequalities, especially in 2025 when tabriz serves as asia s environmental capital, with initiatives like garden restoration, rainwater absorption wells, smart irrigation systems, and comprehensive waste management underway. this article, using a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to map existing capacities and align them with cato s theory to position tabriz as a potential leader in asian green economics.
