تاثیر ناوبری هوشمند و فناوری‌های نوین بر ایمنی و توسعه اقتصادی گردشگری دریایی

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر ناوبری هوشمند و فناوری‌های نوین بر ایمنی و توسعه اقتصادی گردشگری دریایی است. با توجه به رشد روزافزون صنعت گردشگری دریایی و اهمیت ایمنی در این حوزه، این تحقیق به تحلیل نقش راهبردی فناوری‌های پیشرفته در تحول این صنعت می‌پردازد. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در این مطالعه، کتابخانه‌ای بوده و داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق بررسی مقالات علمی و آمارهای رسمی مرتبط گردآوری شده‌اند. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که استقرار سیستم‌های ناوبری هوشمند و فناوری‌های نوین تاثیر چندبعدی و عمیقی بر صنعت گردشگری دریایی داشته است. در بعد ایمنی، سیستم‌هایی مانند سامانه شناسایی خودکار، رادارهای پیشرفته، سیستم‌های پایش الکترونیکی و سامانه‌های هشدار سریع، منجر به کاهش قابل توجه برخورد شناورها، کاهش محسوس حوادث مربوط به پهلوگیری و کاهش چشمگیر سوانح مرتبط با شرایط جوی شده‌اند. همچنین یکپارچه‌سازی این سیستم‌ها با سامانه‌های ارتباطی ماهواره‌ای، امکان نظارت و کنترل لحظه‌ای بر تردد شناورها را فراهم کرده است. در بعد اقتصادی، اجرای این فناوری‌ها منجر به توسعه قابل توجه گردشگری دریایی شده است. به‌طور مشخص، بهینه‌سازی مسیرهای دریایی از طریق سیستم‌های ناوبری هوشمند، موجب کاهش مصرف سوخت و کاهش زمان سفر شده است. همچنین ایجاد زیرساخت‌های دیجیتال و هوشمند در بنادر، رضایت گردشگران را افزایش داده است. از سوی دیگر، پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های رزرواسیون هوشمند و برنامه‌های کاربردی موبایل، موجب افزایش جذب گردشگران بین‌المللی شده است.

the primary objective of this research is to investigate the impact of smart navigation and modern technologies on the safety and economic development of marine tourism. given the continuous growth of the marine tourism industry and the importance of safety in this field, this study analyzes the strategic role of advanced technologies in transforming this sector. the research method employed in this study is library-based, with required data collected through the review of scientific articles and related official statistics. the research findings indicate that the implementation of smart navigation systems and modern technologies has had a profound and multidimensional impact on the marine tourism industry. in terms of safety, systems such as the automatic identification system (ais), advanced radars, electronic monitoring systems (ems), and rapid alert systems have led to a significant reduction in vessel collisions, a noticeable decrease in docking-related accidents, and a considerable decline in weather-related incidents. furthermore, the integration of these systems with satellite communication systems has enabled real-time monitoring and control of vessel traffic. in the economic dimension, the implementation of these technologies has contributed significantly to the development of marine tourism. specifically, the optimization of maritime routes through smart navigation systems has resulted in reduced fuel consumption and decreased travel time. additionally, the establishment of digital and smart infrastructure in ports has increased tourist satisfaction. moreover, the implementation of smart reservation systems and mobile applications has enhanced the attraction of international tourists.
