چکیده
|
تغییرات در حیطه معماری و شهرسازی، در غالب موارد متفاوت و بعضا متضاد با ارزشهای اسلامی است. اسلام دین کاملی میباشد و مسلمانان را از قبول رفتارها و هنجارهای غیراسلامی بر حذر میدارد چرا که میخواهد مسلمانان در ارزشها و اصول خود ممتاز باشند. از سویی اسلام، قبول هر نوع مفهوم ایدئولوژیک یا رفتار غیر اسلامی را که به صورت مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم بر عقاید اسلامی اثر میگذارد، ممنوع نموده است. در همین راستا مسلمانان در اصول و روشهای ساخت و ساز خود باید به این موضوع توجه نمایند چرا که مساله با اهمیت، انتقال فرهنگ اسلامی به ساختارهای کالبدی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی میباشد تا از این راه، جهتگیری تمام فعالیتهای جامعه، جهت گیری الهی و دینی باشد. به واقع با توجه به این که هیچ فرهنگی نتوانسته مستقل از یک مذهب ایجاد شود و گسترش یابد، آن چه که امروزه از آن با عنوان معماری اسلامی نام برده میشود، حاصل تضارب و تعامل قومیتها، ملتها و فرهنگهای گوناگونی است که هر کدام به تناسب مکان و زمان خود صاحب حرفی برای گفتن بودهاند که البته در صدر این فرهنگها، اسلام قرار دارد. بر همین اساس این مقاله با عنوان تاثیرات حکمت اسلامی در ضوابط فقه شهرسازی و معماری (فقه العماره) نگارش شده است.این پژوهش از نظر نوع و هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی است.

Abstract
|
changes in the field of architecture and urban planning are in most cases different and sometimes contradictory to islamic values. islam is a complete religion and it warns muslims against accepting non-islamic behaviors and norms because it wants muslims to adhere to their values and principles. be privileged on the other hand, islam has forbidden the acceptance of any kind of ideological concept or non-islamic behavior that directly or indirectly affects islamic beliefs. in this regard, muslims should pay attention to this issue in the principles and methods of their construction, because the important issue is the transfer of islamic culture to physical, economic, social and political structures in order to direct all the activities of the society. , should be a divine and religious orientation. in fact, considering that no culture has been able to be created and spread independently of a religion, what is called islamic architecture today is the result of the conflict and interaction of ethnicities, the nation there are various cultures and each of them had something to say according to their place and time, and of course, islam is at the top of these cultures. accordingly, this article is titled the effects of islamic wisdom in the jurisprudence of urban planning and architecture. fiqh al-amara) was written. this research is applied in terms of type and purpose and descriptive in terms of nature and method.
