چکیده
|
کانت، برای تحقق صلح پایدار خویش شش پیش شرط، سه شرط اصلی و تضمین برای تحقق آن ترسیم می کند و در این شروط به دنبال آن است که در سه سطح ملی، بین المللی و جهانی با ایجاد یک نظام جمهوری، فدراسیون آزاد دولت ها و جهان شهر، بشر را به صلحی ابدی رهنمون گردد. هدف از این نگارش، دریافت میزان حضور ایده صلح پایدار کانت در جهان امروز است که با مداقه در حقوق بین الملل امروز می تواند دریافت که آثار مستقیم و یا غیر مستقیم آن در نظام حقوق بین الملل مانند سازمان های بین المللی، منشور ملل متحد، عهدنامه های بین المللی، خلع سلاح و حفظ صلح با رعایت اصل عدالت ساری و جاری است. از سوی دیگر با اشارتی تطبیقی، برخی از مفاهیم اسلامی با مفاهیم صلح پایدار در سنجه بررسی قرار گرفته اند که نتایج حاصله موید مشابهت هایی رقیق در مصادیق و تفاوت هایی عمیق در اصول بین آنها است. این نگارش با یک روشی توصیفی- تحلیلی به بررسی اهداف و شروط صلح پایدار کانت و متشابهات و تفاوت های آن با اصول اسلامی پرداخته شده است.

Abstract
|
in kant's vision for achieving sustainable peace, there are six prerequisites, three primary conditions, and a guarantee that their realization can be achieved. the purpose of these conditions is to help humanity achieve sustainable peace by establishing a republican system, a federation of free states, and a global city at three levels: national, international, and global. examining contemporary international law reveals both direct and indirect influences of this idea within the framework of international legal systems such as, international organizations, the united nations charter, international treaties, disarmament efforts, and the maintenance of peace, all while upholding the principle of justice. the purpose of this writing is to assess how much kant's concept of sustainable peace is being used in today's world. using a comparative lens, some islamic concepts have been examined alongside the principles of sustainable peace. the findings reveal both subtle similarities in their manifestations and profound differences in their fundamental principles. the objective and conditions of kant's concept of sustainable peace are examined through a descriptive-analytical approach in this writing, along with the similarities and differences between these principles and islamic tenets.
