Authors habibimojandeh mohammad ,alizadeh sahand
Abstract    the military occupation of a state's territory by another, which follows an invasion, is often accompanied by serious human rights violations, particularly concerning children. the present text, focusing on article 6 of the crc, examines the dimensions of the occupying state's responsibility regarding children's right to life in these areas. the consequences arising from the state of occupation, such as the forced transfer of children, disruption of health and educational services, separation from families, and direct threats to their lives, raise the question of the extent to which such actions conflict with binding international obligations of states during occupation. this research, aiming to clarify the legal framework for the protection of children's right to life under occupation, analyzes the nature and scope of the occupying state's obligations and consequences of their violation. the findings indicate that systematic violations of children's rights, particularly the right to survival and development, can form the basis for establishing international responsibility of the occupying state. accordingly, it can be concluded that territorial occupation during conflict not only does not exempt the occupying state from its human rights obligations but, given the heightened vulnerability of occupied population, places doubled emphasis on necessity of adhering to the fundamental principles of children's rights.
