بررسی میزان همسویی برنامه درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان با رویکرد تربیت معلم پژوهش محور

پژوهش حاضر با هدف، بررسی میزان همسویی برنامه درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان با رویکرد تربیت معلم پژوهش محور انجام شده است، بدین منظور عناصر برنامه درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان براساس رویکرد تربیت معلم پژوهش محور مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی است، جامعه آماری، نظام آموزشی کشور ایران و رویکرد تربیت معلم پژوهش محور می باشد، حجم نمونه هم عناصر چهارگانه برنامه درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان و برنامه درسی تربیت معلم پژوهش محور می باشد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از جستجو در منابع کتابخانه ای وگزارش های تحقیقات چاپ شده و جستجو در شبکه جهانی اینترنت و وب سایت های وزارت آموزش و پرورش و دانشگاه فرهنگیان به دست آمده است. یافته کلی پژوهش، حاکی از توجه نسبی برنامه درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در اهداف برنامه درسی به رویکرد تربیت معلم پژوهش محور است. محتوای برنامه درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان زمینه را برای کارهای پژوهشی فراهم نمی کند، روش های تدریس مورد استفاده روش های غیرفعال می باشد، در تربیت معلم پژوهش محور ارزشابی به صورت خودارزیابی و بازخورد است که این شیوه ارزشیابی ارتباطی با شیوه های معمول ارزشیابی برنامه درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان ندارد.

examining the degree of alignment of farhangian university's curriculum with the research-based teacher training approach

the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the degree of alignment of the farhangian university curriculum with the research-oriented teacher training approach، for this purpose، the elements of the farhangian university curriculum were examined based on the research-oriented teacher training approach. the research method is descriptive-analytical، the statistical population، the educational system of iran and the teacher training approach are research-oriented، the sample size is the four elements of farhangian university curriculum and the teacher training curriculum is research-oriented. the required information was obtained from searching in library resources and printed research reports and searching on the global internet and the websites of the ministry of education and farhangian university. the general finding of the research indicates the relative attention of farhangian university curriculum in the curriculum goals to the research-oriented teacher training approach. the curriculum content of farhangian university does not provide the basis for research works، the teaching methods used are passive methods، in teacher training، research is based on evaluation in the form of self-evaluation and feedback، and this evaluation method is related to the usual methods of evaluating the university curriculum. it has no educators.
