بررسی رابطه سنجش اثربخشی بلوغ مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد معلمان

عوامل متعددی بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان موثر است.پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی سنجش اثربخشی بلوغ مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد معلمان صورت گرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نوع پژوهش های توصیفی و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل معلمان ابتدایی مدارس شهر چمستان در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 می باشد که بر اساس فرمول کرجیسی و مورگان تعداد 136 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. در گرد آوری داده ها جهت سنجش سطح بلوغ مدیریت دانش از مدل ارزیابی بهره‌وری آسیایی و پرسشنامه عملکرد شغلی پاترسون(2008) استفاده شد. در بخش اول این پژوهش ابتدا مبانی نظری از روش کتابخانه ای تشریح و سپس از طریق پرسشنامه ها، اطلاعات جمع آوری گردیده و در ادامه با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و آزمون پیرسون و رگرسیون ارتباط میان بلوغ مدیریت دانش و عملکرد معلمان ارزیابی گردید. در نتیجه یافته های حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین بلوغ مدیریت دانش با عملکرد معلمان رابطه معنی داری به صورت مستقیم و در سطح متوسط وجود دارد. همچنین بر اساس مقدار r2 تعدیل شده نتایج حاکی از آن بود که بلوغ مدیریت دانش 32/4 درصد از تغییرات عملکرد معلمان را تبیین می کند.

investigating the relationship between measuring the effectiveness of knowledge management maturity on teachers performance

the present study aimed to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management maturity on teachers' performance. this research is applied in terms of purpose and is a descriptive and survey type of research. the statistical population of the study included elementary school teachers in chamestan city in the academic year 2023-2024. based on the karjisi and morgan formula، 136 people were selected as a statistical sample through simple random sampling. in collecting data to measure the level of knowledge management maturity، the asian productivity assessment model and patterson's job performance questionnaire (2008) were used. in the first part of this study، the theoretical foundations were first explained using the library method، then information was collected through questionnaires، and then the relationship between knowledge management maturity and teachers performance was evaluated using spss software، pearson's test، and regression. as a result، the findings from data analysis showed that there is a significant direct relationship between knowledge management maturity and teachers performance at a moderate level. also، based on the adjusted r2 value، the results indicated that knowledge management maturity explains 32.4% of the changes in teachers performance.
