تحلیل معادلات ساختاری رابطه هیجانات ومصونیت معلمان با کیفیت تدریس در درس زبان انگلیسی

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه بین هیجانات معلمان (لذت، اضطراب و خشم) و مصونیت با کیفیت تدریس (فعال‌سازی شناختی، حمایت از دانش‌آموزان و مدیریت کلاس) بود.. روش تحقیق همبستگی وجامعه مورد مطالعه معلمان و دانش‌آموزان آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران بودند. نمونه مورد مطالعه طبق جدول مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، شامل 77 نفر از معلمان و دانش‌آموزان بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه کیفیت تدریس (buric & frenzel، 2021)، پرسشنامه احساس معلم (frenzel et al.، 2016) و پرسشنامه مصونیت معلم زبان (hiver، 2017) بودند. در تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری چند سطحی استفاده شد . یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن بودکه مصونیت معلم زبان انگلیسی و کیفیت تدریس به‌طور معناداری تحت تاثیر هیجانات معلم قرار دارند. بین دو سازه هیجانات و لذت معلم رابطه مثبت و با اضطراب و خشم معلم رابطه منفی وجود دارد. علاوه بر این، مصونیت معلم تا حدی واسطه ارتباط بین هیجانات معلم و کیفیت تدریس است. نتایج نشان داد که رابطه مثبت بین معلمان زبان انگلیسی شاد و ارائه آموزش باکیفیت و بهبود تجارب یادگیری دانش‌آموزان ،ضرورت تقویت تجربیات هیجانی مثبت معلمان زبان و سلامت روان‌شناختی آن‌ها را برجسته می‌کند.

a structural equation analysis of the relationship between teachers' emotions، immunity and instructional quality in the english classroom

the purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between teachers' emotions (pleasure، anxiety and anger) and immunity with instructional quality (cognitive activation، support for students and classroom management). the studied sample included 77 teachers and students according to morgan's table and using available sampling method. the data collection tools were instructional quality questionnaire (buric & frenzel، 2021)، teacher emotions questionnaire (frenzel et al.، 2016) and language teacher immunity questionnaire (hiver، 2017). multi-level structural equation modeling was used in data analysis. the findings of the research indicated that the immunity of the english language teacher and the quality of teaching are significantly influenced by the emotions of the teacher. there is a positive relationship between the two constructs of teacher's emotions and pleasure and a negative relationship with teacher's anxiety and anger. in addition، teacher immunity partially mediates the relationship between teacher emotions and teaching quality. the results showed that the positive relationship between happy english teachers and providing quality education and improving students' learning experiences highlights the need to strengthen the positive emotional experiences of language teachers and their psychological health.
