بهزیستی معلمان زبان انگلیسی: تاثیر شرایط افزاینده و منابع کاهنده فشار در محیط کار

اهمیت و حساسیت موضوع بهزیستی معلم اکنون بر کسی پوشیده نیست. با این حال، اطلاعات در مورد تاثیر شرایط محیط کار بر بهزیستی معلمان زبان انگلیسی اندک است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر شرایط و منابع محیط کار بر بهزیستی این معلمان می‌باشد. از میان جامعه آماری معلمان زبان انگلیسی استان مازندران تعداد 354 نفر از طریق نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه شرایط کاری (wood & ogbonnaya، 2018) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که افزایش امنیت شغلی، خودمختاری و مشارکت معلمان در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها باعث بهبود بهزیستی ایشان می‌گردد. همچنین، تعارض میان زندگی شخصی و کاری معلمان تاثیر مخربی بر بهزیستی معلمان دارد. بعلاوه، یافته‌ها نشان دادند که سیاست‌های خانوادگی مناسب، رهبری حمایتی مدیران و مشارکت معلمان در تصمیمات می‌توانند اثرات نامطلوب تعارض کار و زندگی، و فشار کاری را بر بهزیستی معلمان کاهش دهد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که وجود برنامه‌های توسعه حرفه‌ای با تاکید بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی و فرصت‌های بیشتر برای مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری، رهبری حمایتی، امنیت شغلی بیشتر و فشار کاری کمتر می‌توانند راهکارهای عملی برای تقویت بهزیستی معلمان زبان انگلیسی باشند.

the well-being of english teachers: the effect of increasing conditions and stress-reducing resources in the work environment

the importance and sensitivity of the issue of teacher's well-being is not hidden from anyone. however، little is known about the impact of workplace conditions on the well-being of english language teachers. the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the conditions and resources of the work environment on the well-being of these teachers. among the statistical population of english language teachers in mazandaran province، 354 people were selected through snowball sampling and answered the working conditions questionnaire (wood & ogbonnaya، 2018). data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression tests. the results showed that increasing job security، autonomy and teachers' participation in decision-making improves their well-being. also، the conflict between teachers' personal and work lives has a destructive effect on teachers' well-being. in addition، the findings showed that appropriate family policies، supportive leadership of principals، and teachers' participation in decisions can reduce the adverse effects of work-life conflict and work pressure on teachers' well-being. the results indicate that the existence of professional development programs with emphasis on communication skills and more opportunities to participate in decision-making، supportive leadership، more job security and less work pressure can be practical solutions to enhance the well-being of english teachers.
