تحلیل پیوند پسین و پیشین محصولات تولیدی شرکت فولاد خوزستان با داخل شرکت و اقتصاد ملی با رهیافت جدول داده - ستانده بنگاهی

تکنیک داده - ستانده در سطوح ملی، منطقه‌ای و بنگاهی در زمینه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، محیط‌زیست و انرژی و برای برنامه‌ریزی استفاده می‌شود. مدل داده - ستانده بنگاهی (eio) تابلوی اقتصادی انعطاف‌پذیری از عرضه و تقاضای داخل و خارج از شرکت است. در این مقاله سعی شده است که با استفاده از الگوی داده - ستانده بنگاهی، ارتباط بین تولیدات شرکت فولاد خوزستان با بخش‌های داخلی این شرکت و نیز با اقتصاد ملی در دو سمت تقاضا و عرضه و در قالب پیوندهای پسین و پیشین، برای سال 1400 بررسی و تحلیل شود. لذا با تدوین جدول داده ستانده بنگاهی شرکت فولاد خوزستان، ضرایب فزاینده تولید و پیوند پسین و پیشین چهار محصول اسلب، بیلت و بلوم، گندله و آهن اسفنجی در داخل شرکت و اقتصاد ملی محاسبه شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پیوند پسین و پیشین شرکت فولاد خوزستان با اقتصاد ملی به ترتیب 3.21 و 1.41 واحد است. در بین فعالیت های تولیدی شرکت، بیشترین پیوند پسین برای محصول گندله با 1.0 واحد و کمترین پیوند پسین برای محصول اسلب با 0.55 واحد است. گندله و آهن اسفنجی به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین پیوند پیشین (0.78 و 0.02 واحد) با اقتصاد ملی را دارا می‌باشند. در سطح ملی، میلگرد سهم بالایی از تقاضایش از تولیدات شرکت فولاد خوزستان است و سنگ آهن مهمترین ماده مصرفی این 4 محصول شرکت قلمداد می‌شود.

analyzing the backward and forward linkage of the khuzestan steel company’s products with inside the company and the national economy with the approach of the enterprise input-output table

the input-output technique is used at national, regional, and corporate levels in economic, social, environmental, and energy fields and for planning. the enterprise input-output model (eio) is a flexible economic table of supply and demand inside and outside the company. io tables generally show the physical and financial cycle of economic sectors' productions. also, by compiling and examining the backward and forward links of each economic enterprise, it is possible to control the profit or loss and the production process of products within the enterprise and examine the relationship between the company with the national economy in terms of supply chain, purchase and consumption or import and export. in this article, we attempted to use the enterprise input-output model, to investigate, and analyze the relationship between the main products of khuzestan steel company with the internal sectors of this company and also with the national economy on both the supply and demand sides and in the form of backward and forward linkage for the year (march 2021-march 2022) by using the enterprise data model. therefore, by compiling the enterprise input-output table of khuzestan steel company, the production multiplier and the backward and forward linkages of the four products of slabs, billets and blooms, pelletizing and sponge iron were calculated in the company and the national economy. the results of this research show that the backward and forward linkage of khuzestan steel company with the national economy is 3.21 and 1.41 units, respectively. among the company's production activities, the most backward link was related to the pelletizing product with 1.0 units and, the lowest backward link was related to the slab product with 0.55 units. pelletizing and sponge iron have the highest and lowest forward linkages (0.02 and 0.78 units) with the national economy, respectively. at the national level, rebar receives a large share of its demand from the products of the khuzestan steel company, and ironstone is considered the most important consumable out of these four products of the company.
