مواجهه مدرنیسم با نظام ولایت فقیه

در جهان معاصر، تقابل سنت و تجدد به یکی از چالش‌های نظام‌های سیاسی و فرهنگی بدل شده است. نظام ولایت فقیه ‌به‌عنوان الگویی حکومتی‌‌، با پرسش‌های بنیادینی درباره امکان تعامل با مدرنیسم و دستاورد‌‌های آن مواجه است. این مقاله با تمرکز بر این پرسش محوری که آیا مدرنیسم به مثابه جریان متکی بر عقلانیت و تکنولوژی‌محور، قابلیت همزیستی با حکومت اسلامی مبتنی بر ولایت فقیه را دارد؟ به بررسی ابعاد این مواجهه می‌پردازد.مدرنیسم‌‌، پیشرفت علمی و فردگرایی، جهان‌ بینی‌ را ترویج می‌کند که به ظاهر در تقابل با مبانی حکومت دینی قرار می‌گیرد. از سوی دیگر، حکومت اسلامی با تکیه بر احکام الهی، نمی‌تواند در برابر تحولات جهان بی‌تفاوت بماند. این نوشتار با اتکا بر «روش توصیفی تحلیلی» و مراجعه به منابع اصیل اسلامی و متون فلسفی تاریخی، چهار رکن کلیدی را واکاوی می‌کند: 1. مدرنیسم و ابعاد آن؛ 2. ساختار حکومت اسلامی؛ 3. انعطاف‌پذیری احکام شرعی؛ 4. مکانیسم‌های تعامل فقه با تکنولوژی.یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد در حوزه علوم تجربی و فناوری، تعامل نه تنها ممکن، بلکه ضروری است؛ اما در عرصه ایدئولوژیک، تقابل جدی وجود دارد. این مقاله با اتکاء به موضوعاتی مانند «احکام حکومتی» و «تاثیر زمان و مکان در اجتهاد»، چارچوبی فقهی برای بهره‌گیری از دستاوردهای مدرن در خدمت اهداف شریعت ارائه می‌دهد. در عین حال، هشدار می‌دهد که هرگونه تعامل نباید به تغییر مبانی شریعت یا تضعیف حاکمیت دینی بینجامد. این پژوهش مسیری نوین برای عبور از بن‌بست تقابل سنت و مدرنیته در حکمرانی دینی ترسیم می‌کند.

the confrontation of modernism with the system of wilayat faqih

in the contemporary world, the tension between tradition and modernity has become a significant challenge for political and cultural systems. the system of wilayat faqih, as a model of governance, faces fundamental questions regarding its ability to engage with modernism and its achievements. this article focuses on the central question of whether modernism—as a rationality-based, technology-driven movement—can coexist with an islamic government grounded in wilayat faqih, examining the dimensions of this encounter. modernism, scientific progress, and individualism promote a worldview that appears to conflict with the foundations of religious governance. on the other hand, an islamic government, based on divine injunctions, cannot remain indifferent to global developments. using a descriptive-analytical approach and drawing on primary islamic sources and historical philosophical texts, this study investigates four key pillars: (1) modernism and its dimensions, (2) the structure of islamic governance, (3) the flexibility of sharia rulings, and (4) mechanisms for jurisprudential interaction with technology.the findings indicate that in the fields of empirical sciences and technology, interaction is not only possible but necessary; however, in the ideological domain, serious confrontation persists. the article presents a jurisprudential framework for leveraging modern achievements in service of sharia objectives, relying on concepts such as governing rulings and the influence of time and place in ijtihad. at the same time, it warns that any engagement must not alter the foundations of sharia or weaken religious authority. this research charts a novel path for overcoming the deadlock between tradition and modernity in religious governance.
