Abstract
every human being has an inherent talent granted by god, and therefore, society contains a variety of talents. the holy quran also refers to the existence of differences among human beings and their talents. for any government, managing these latent talents within society is a necessity, and for many years, scholars have addressed this subject and produced numerous studies. in the islamic government, talent management is likewise a crucial and essential task. hence, with the centrality of jurisprudence in the structure of the islamic government, the question arises: what role do jurisprudential principles play in talent management within a jurisprudential government? this study, conducted using library sources and a descriptive–analytical method, investigates jurisprudential principles and concludes that seven principles—namely the principles of preserving the system, justice, no harm (la darar), trust, cooperation, solidarity, and winning hearts (ta'lif al-qulub)—contribute to the preservation and management of talents. these principles obligate the islamic government to safeguard talents and apply each in its appropriate domain to maintain the stability of the islamic society, foster cohesion and solidarity, and ensure that the people support one another and nurture talents in pursuit of the lofty goals of islam.
