بررسی الحاق ایران به پیمان شانگهای بر اساس قاعده نفی سبیل

قاعده نفی سبیل، به‌عنوان یکی از اصول مهم در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، تاکید می‌کند که کافران نباید بر مسلمانان سلطه داشته باشند و باید مانع نفوذ و تسلط آن‌ها شد. در دو دهه اخیر، موضوع عضویت ایران در سازمان همکاری‌های شانگهای به‌طور مکرر مطرح شده است. این در حالی است که بسیاری از کشورهای عضو این سازمان غیرمسلمان هستند؛ این مسئله نگرانی‌هایی را درباره ارتباط میان عضویت ایران در این سازمان و نقض قاعده نفی سبیل ایجاد کرده است. با این حال، یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که عضویت در سازمان همکاری‌های شانگهای، لزوماً ناقض این قاعده نیست. البته ضروری است حکمرانان و سیاست‌مداران حوزه سیاست خارجی دقت و تدابیر لازم را اتخاذ کنند تا پیوستن به این سازمان به فرصتی برای نفوذ قدرت‌های شرقی تبدیل نشود.این پژوهش به شیوه کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده و از منابع معتبر و نظرات کارشناسان این حوزه بهره گرفته است. همچنین، ضمن مطالعه تطبیقی مفاد پیمان سازمان همکاری‌های شانگهای با قاعده فقهی نفی سبیل، تلاش شده تا تحلیل جامعی ارائه شود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی محسوب می‌شود.

an examination of iran's accession to the shanghai cooperation organization based on the principle of nafy sabil

the principle of nafy sabil (denial of domination) is one of the key foundations of the islamic republic of iran's foreign policy. it asserts that non-believers should not hold authority over muslims and that their influence and domination must be prevented. over the past two decades, the issue of iran's membership in the shanghai cooperation organization (sco) has been raised repeatedly. however, since many of the member states of this organization are non-muslim, concerns have emerged regarding whether iran's membership could contradict the principle of nafy sabil. nevertheless, the findings of this study indicate that joining the sco does not necessarily violate this principle. however, it is crucial for policymakers and foreign affairs officials to exercise vigilance and adopt proper strategies to ensure that this membership does not become a gateway for eastern powers to gain influence over iran. this research is based on a library method, drawing on credible sources and expert opinions in the field. through a comparative study of the provisions of the shanghai cooperation organization treaty and the islamic legal principle of nafy sabil, this study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis. it is categorized as applied research.
