مولفه‌های هویت‌ساز طلبهِ‌ تراز انقلاب اسلامی در اندیشه مقام معظم رهبری

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین مولفه‌های هویت‌ساز طلبه‌ تراز انقلاب اسلامی در منظومه‌ فکری مقام معظم رهبری و تحلیل تعامل پویای این مولفه‌ها انجام شده است. با توجه به جایگاه ممتاز نهاد روحانیت در تحقق آرمان‌های تمدن نوین اسلامی و ضرورت بازتعریف هویت طلبگی در مواجهه با چالش‌های جهان معاصر، این تحقیق می‌کوشد با تحلیل نظام‌مند بیانات رهبری از سال 1368 تا 1404، الگویی یکپارچه از هندسه‌ هویتی طلاب ارائه دهد. پرسش اصلی پژوهش این است: مولفه‌های کلیدی شکل‌دهنده‌ هویت طلبه‌ انقلابی در اندیشه‌ مقام معظم رهبری کدامند و چگونه در قالب یک منظومه‌ به هم پیوسته تعامل می‌کنند؟پژوهش حاضر با روش تحلیل مضمون (تماتیک)، داده‌ها را از بیانات عمومی، دیدارها با طلاب، و نشست‌های حوزوی مقام معظم رهبری گردآوری شده است. پس از کدگذاری باز و هدفمند فیش‌ها،پنج مضمون فراگیر شناسایی شد که عبارتند از: 1. هویت علمی و فکری، 2. هویت اخلاقی و معنوی،3. هویت سیاسی و بصیرتی، 4. هویت تشکیلاتی و سازمانی، 5. هویت اجتماعی و فرهنگی.یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد این مولفه‌ها در تعاملی تکاملی، «هویت ترکیبی» طلبه‌ تراز انقلاب اسلامی را شکل می‌دهند، به‌گونه‌ای که تقویت هر بُعد، زمینه‌ساز ارتقای سایر ابعاد است. این الگو، افزون بر عرضه چارچوبی برای بازمهندسی برنامه‌های تربیتی حوزه‌های علمیه، معیاری برای سنجش عملکرد طلاب در تراز انتظارات نظام اسلامی فراهم می‌آورد.

identity-building components of the islamic seminary student in line with the islamic revolution in the thought of the supreme leader of iran

this study aims to explain the identity-building components of an islamic seminary student aligned with the islamic revolution based on the intellectual framework of the supreme leader of iran and to analyze the dynamic interaction among these components. considering the unique role of the clerical institution in realizing the ideals of the new islamic civilization and the necessity of redefining the identity of seminary students in response to the challenges of the contemporary world, this research seeks to systematically analyze the supreme leader's statements from 1989 to 2025 to present a coherent model of the seminary student's identity structure. the main research question is: what are the key components shaping the identity of a revolutionary seminary student in the thought of the supreme leader, and how do they interact as a cohesive system? using the thematic analysis method, data was collected from the public speeches, meetings with seminary students, and religious scholarly sessions of the supreme leader. after open and targeted coding of the data, five overarching themes were identified: 1. intellectual and scholarly identity. 2. ethical and spiritual identity. 3. political and insightful identity. 4. organizational and institutional identity. 5. social and cultural identity. findings indicate that these components interact in an evolutionary and complementary manner to form a composite identity of the seminary student in line with the islamic revolution, such that strengthening each dimension enhances the others. this model, in addition to offering a framework for reengineering seminary training programs, provides a benchmark for evaluating the performance of seminary students based on the expectations of the islamic system.
