چکیده
|
امروزه به علت تحولات موجود در فناوری های نوظهور و تغییر نقش سیستم های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی و در نتیجه پیچیدگی روزافزون سازمان ها، نیاز به معماری سازمانی روزبه روز پررنگ تر شده است. رویکرد معماری سازمانی، به عنوان الگوی مسلط در حوزه برنامه ریزی فناوری اطلاعات، هرروز بیش از پیش در سازمان های دولتی و خصوصی کشور، مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. اگر معماری سازمانی در سازمانی به اشتباه انتخاب و پیاده سازی شود تمام لایه های معماری سازمانی نیز دچار اشتباه خواهند شد؛ سیستم های اطلاعاتی نادرست انتخاب می شوند؛ نرم افزارهای سازمانی که تناسبی با سازمان ندارند، خریداری خواهند شد؛ داده ها به اشتباه ذخیره سازی می-شوند؛ بانک اطلاعاتی کاملی در دسترس نخواهد بود و با اهداف سازمان مطابقت نخواهند داشت. در نتیجه سازمان متحمل ضررهای مالی هنگفت خواهد شد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی برای انتخاب چارچوب معماری سازمانی مناسب انجام شده است. از این رو روش تحقیق این مطالعه شامل سه بخش می باشد: در بخش اول از روش کتابخانه ای، بخش دوم از روش کمی توصیفی و بخش سوم از روش های تصمیم گیری چند متغیره استفاده شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد هشت معیار متداول برای ارزیابی چارچوب های معماری سازمانی شامل توجه به قوانین و مقررات، توجه به محیط کسب وکار، قابلیت اجرای مجدد، مستندسازی تصمیمات، توجه به جهت گیری های استراتژیک، انعطاف پذیری، سطح بلوغ و توجه به تعاملات اجزای سازمان هستند. علاوه بر این، می توان گفت چارچوب توگف، دودف، فدرال و زکمن به عنوان چارچوب های معماری متداول مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. ازنظر خبرگان چارچوب توگف مناسب ترین چارچوب معماری سازمانی جهت استفاده در سازمان تامین اجتماعی می باشد و چارچوب های زکمن، فدرال و دودف به ترتیب در رتبه دوم تا چهارم قرار گرفتند.

Abstract
|
today ،due to the developments in emerging technologies and the changing role of information and communication systems ،and as a result of the increasing complexity of organizations ،the need for organizational architecture has become more prominent. the organizational architecture approach ،as a dominant model in the field of information technology planning ،is used more and more every day in the government and private organizations of the country. the current research was done to provide a model for choosing the appropriate organizational architecture framework. therefore ،the research method of this study consists of three parts: in the first part ،the library method ،the second part ،the descriptive quantitative method ،and in the third part ،the multivariate decision-making methods are used. the results showed that eight common criteria for evaluating organizational architecture frameworks include paying attention to laws and regulations ،paying attention to the business environment ،re-execution capability ،documenting decisions ،paying attention to strategic orientations ،flexibility ،maturity level ،and paying attention to the interactions of the organization's components. in addition ،it can be said that the togaf ،dodaf ،federal and zackman frameworks are used as common architectural frameworks. according to the experts ،the togaf framework is the most appropriate organizational architecture framework to be used in the social security organization ،and zackman ،federal ،and dodaf frameworks were ranked second to fourth ،respectively.
