بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس آمادگی شغلی در دانش‌آموزان متوسطه

آمادگی شغلی توانایی افراد جهت آماده شدن برای انجام کار در آینده می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس آمادگی شغلی هیرسچی (2021) در دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوم بوکان در سال تحصیلی 1403-1404 انجام شد. آزمودنی‌های پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر متوسطه دوم بودند که از این تعداد 654 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس جمع‌آوری شدند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. بدین‌ترتیب برای بررسی پایایی پرسش‌نامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کلی پرسش‌نامه 0.92 و خرده‌مقیاس‌های آن به ترتیب زیر: دانش و مهارت‌ها 0.86، انگیزش 0.90، محیط 0.80، فعالیت‌ها 0.83 به‌دست آمدند. همچنین روایی محتوایی آن توسط 9 متخصص رشته مشاوره تایید و پایایی تنصیفی 67% آن نیز مورد تایید قرار گرفت و روایی ملاکی آن با پرسش‌نامه‌های انطباق‌پذیری شغلی 0.504، با شخصیت پویا 0.416 و با کاوشگری شغلی 0.553 محاسبه شد. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد که مقیاس آمادگی شغلی از قابلیت‌های لازم برای سنجش آمادگی شغلی در بین دانش‌آموزان ایرانی برخوردار است و می‌توان از آن برای پژوهش در زمینه سنجش آمادگی شغلی دانش‌آموزان استفاده کرد.

investigating the psychometric properties of the career readiness scale in high school students

career preparedness is the ability of individuals to prepare for future work. the present study aimed to investigate the psychometric properties of the hirsch career readiness scale (2021) among bukan high school students in the academic year 1403-1404. the research subjects included all male and female high school students, of whom 654 were collected using convenience sampling. the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the research has a favorable fit. thus, cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to examine the reliability of the questionnaire. the overall cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.92 and its subscales were as follows: knowledge and skills 0.86, motivation 0.90, environment 0.80, and activities 0.83. its content validity was also confirmed by 9 counseling experts and its split-half reliability was 67%. its criterion validity was calculated with the job adaptability questionnaires 0.504, with dynamic personality 0.416, and with job exploration 0.553. the results obtained showed that the job readiness scale has the necessary capabilities to measure job readiness among iranian students and can be used for research in the field of measuring students' career preparedness..
